I finally found the opportunity to eat at Sapporo, and it lives up to its reputation! As a hibachi restaurant, showmanship is a must, and they nail that presentation. And different from other hibachi restaurants I've visited, they didn't slack on the quality and flavor of the food in favor of flashy presentation. The hibachi chicken was delicious, and the sushi had some very nice options. I especially liked the mackerel! They had a nice variety of cocktails as well! And the staff was attentive and kind! A 10/10 choice!

The food was awesome! The "show" of the food prep was very entertaining. I always thought that was the reason to go to these places. The only downside is how smokey it is in the restaurant due to all the flames. It is great fun to watch and feel the heat of the flames, but the smoke may be aggravating to some individuals.Parking: Parking is all around the building. There should be plenty of parking for everyone.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps for wheelchairs. The tables will accommodate a wheelchair. One guy came in with a wheelchair and had no problem.

An hour wait for a reservation. Server was great. Portions are mediocre. All seafood (shrimp and scallops) was overcooked and rubbery. Fried rice was burnt and crunchy. Very, very unimpressed and especially for the price. Never again.
