Went to new store on Illinois road. Had a great customer service experience. The cake I purchase was so delicious. Everyone at our part gave so many compliments about the cake. The frosting is so good and the cake was moist and yummy. Will definitely go back.

The process to order is ridiculous. You can't go into the store front or order on the phone only through an online portal which needs work. I had to keep emailing to see if she was going to actually make my cake. The delivered cake was okay in its appearance but not what I was expecting. The cake itself was over baked with the edges being inedible. I am capable of making a cake myself better than what I paid $160 for.

I can't recommend Sassie Cakes enough, especially for an event like a wedding! Our wedding was 10/7/23- we had our personal cake, sandwich cookies, brownies, and cookie dough shots. I am positive the dessert was one of the most talked about aspects of our wedding day! Everyone loved the dessert bar, I actually lost track of how many people asked me where the desserts were from! We had an amazing experience from the at home cake tasting to the wedding day, everything was delicious and beautiful!

I have ordered two baby shower cakes from Sassie cakes and they both were not only beautiful they were delicious.The cakes were a huge hit and added a little extra to both occasions.Highly recommend if you want an extra touch to your event or people you are celebrating.

I planned an Alice in wonderland themed birthday party for my partner where we all dressed up as our favorite charectors. I asked Krysta Young to create a cake for us to reflect that and she did not disappoint. Orange flavored cake with raspberry fruit filling was the perfect accompaniment to the event. Throughout the process Krysta was communicative and professional as was she upon delivery. Will definitely be using this team in the future as am looking forward to challenge their artistic styling with other ideas!
