I love smoothie king!! Açaí bowls are so delicious, that’s what I get every time. The cocoa haze is so good!! I’m sorry (not really) but the last couple times I’ve been to smoothie king on coliseum I’ve been strongly disappointed. The environment, service and food disgust me there. Like seriously. It seems to be ran by teenagers who are working all over each other. They were rude and it looked like a trash pit in there. Mine and my mother’s açaí bowl’s were both so watered down. The time before the girl dropped my bowl. We are always having to pull into a parking spot and wait while everyone behind us gets their order. If I could give any advice it would be to stick to your station, make sure when you put the order in the customers hands! Also fix your attitudes please. I would love to enjoy going there, thank you!:)

Had a young lady with glasses working this afternoon and was very rude. I placed a mobile order for pickup, as I went through the drive trough to the window and I was given my order which she replies with “next time make sure you’re coming at the promised time” The promised time was 3:38 and I got there a couple minutes early (there is no “rule” saying I can’t come earlier than expected, I don’t mind waiting) mind you there were not any people in the drive through or inside the store from what I observed as I left. I’m not sure if she’s always upset because this isn’t the first time I’ve had a rude experience with this person. Me and Abby are just two people who have spoken up about this person so I can’t imagine how many more customers she’s like this with. May god bless this young lady and I hope she finds happiness somewhere/someday.

Doors to the lobby are always closed. Why? It was only 7:15. Every time I've came (even before 6) the lobby is closed. Going through drive thru takes way too long. It definitely takes away from the customer experience. Smoothie was good though.

Ordered an acai bowl. Had to wait in the driveway for 10 minutes until I was asked to wait in the handicap spot. Sat there for another 10 minutes until I came in to see 1 worker watching another one cut fruit and another standing around. The fourth worker at the cashier asked me what I wanted, I said the acai bowl I've been waiting 20 minutes for. Asked for a refund and they said they were going to put the bowl in the freezer. I said fine and they gave me the acai but it was melted, the girl that was cutting fruit told me they ran out of blueberries, apparently it took them 20 minutes to think of subbing acai berries for the blue berries. Also they told me they were short staffed, 3 of the 4 workers there weren't doing anything productive. When I left there was 6 cars waiting in the drive through. Should of just gave me the melted acai for free... not going back to this smoothie king sorry.

I ordered 2 acai blends and at $12 each the order looked nothing like the photo. Not a happy customer. Prices to high for crap.

The girl that took our order tonight was very rude. She wouldn’t acknowledge us when we asked which smoothie she had handed us first. We were in shock by her attitude. She just wanted us gone. After she handed us the drinks, she walked away without a word. We were there at 8:00 and they closed at 9:00, so we weren’t right at closing or anything. I’m not sure what the issue was. I hope she has a better day tomorrow!
