Under the new ownership, Spice & Herb has undergone a remarkable transformation. After a disappointing experience in the past, I decided to give it another chance. I ordered the Pad Kra Pow, and was pleasantly surprised by its authentic flavors and the satisfying heat level I requested. The owner, affectionately called 'aunty', exuded warmth and hospitality, a reassuring sign of positive change. Went when it was the original place, and recently went back knowing it's under new ownership and it's SO GOOD!!!!! growing up in Thailand, the food tastes just like ahan Thai. Highly recommend going to this one in Fort Wayne.
