“While my husband and I don't live in Fort Wayne, our best friends do! So, we frequent this Starbucks location consistently. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. They have never messed up our order. And I'll admit I can be really particular about how I want my drink made. In fact, I am not a coffee drinker per se. I only order a venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch with extra caramel and crunch on top. Yum!!Parking: Parking can be a little tricky but we've always found a spot.“
“Ran through to get a pistachio frappe and sugar cookie to share with my pup. Ended up with a pistachio frappe with sugar cookie syrup. Gotta say it's yummy as hell. They gave me the cookie free and Rue a pup cup of whip, if the pups are happy, I'm happy.“

“Always find that the store is extremely messy in the clothing and shoe departments. They often lack multiple sizes for girls clothing. The shoes are virtually impossible to find and you can't get through the department when there are holiday sales. They should really consider hiring somebody just to organize the kids shoes and clothing. Regardless of Targets shortcomings its still a win❤️“
“I am thankful to have a location on the south side, but that doesn't mean we don't want the same service we get at the locations on other sides of town. They are ALWAYS behind by 10+ minutes when you order on the app. If you plan on stopping on your way to work, place your order 10 mins before you leave home.It's also very messy and looks unclean where the drinks are made. I hate this and look forward to it improving so I can do a review and be able to give 5 stars.“

“First of all, this is a Starbucks inside Target. For the complaints below with high expectations of a stand-alone Starbucks... You are comparing two different entities. Yes, they are both Starbucks, but they don't do everything the same way.The staff at this location is always friendly. The team is well trained, and always provides the best experience possible. Once they start to recognize you (if you visit frequently), they learn your name, your drink, and your preferences.But, to clarify, they likely won't ask your name. They will ask if you want the receipt (because most don't). They won't give away special requests for free... Remember it's Target not Starbucks. And they won't fix your drink from a stand-alone Starbucks.“
“I love Starbucks but recently it’s been a pain. With stores being closed inside and drive thru lines being outrageously long. After waiting 10-15 minutes in the line I finally get my stuff and had to dump my whole drink out because it was disgusting! I always order a strawberry acai refresher with water and it’s almost $6 for the size I get and It literally tasted like plain barely flavored water. I literally paid $6 for a water with two dried strawberries on top. Do better.“

“Mikayla is so awesome. Everyone there is always so friendly, however mikayla went above and beyond when I took my daughter today. My daughter bought her drink with her own money and after ordering my drink I realized I did not have enough money. I told them never mind for my order, but they said, okay that will be right out. Thy were pretty busy in the drive through, so I was very surprised! Wonderful service!“
“This is one of my favorite Starbies to go to. I go in almost daily and my drink is always made correctly. There have been a few time I even screwed up ordering on the App and they fixed it for me no problem. As soon as anyone walks in they say Hello or Good Morning. Staff is super friendly and they know their stuff.“
“I frequent this location often (more than I probably should) and it is one of my favorite groups of staff. I come at random times in the morning so I see the different dynamics of guests they come across and I applaud them for dealing with the difficulties with grace. They experience some of the rudest people at times and I do just wish some people would show some kindness.Just want this staff to know how truly appreciated they are and that their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.“
“I stopped by after shopping and talked to a girl and she was really nice probably one of the best interactions with any stsrbucks worker. It was slow and I was in the drive through and we talked about the wonderful weather and I said I just got of work and she asked about my job and I told her and she made me feel so important for my job and many for get is needed.“
“The staff here makes thee best drinks, I have been to many other locations and it's just not the same. I switched about a year ago from the Dupont location after they continuously messed my drink up, and I definitely made the right choice. Plus, I order every morning on my way to work and all of the early morning staff are so amazing. It is a great way to start your day having a friendly face and your favorite drink made right ☺️“
“I had to put my dog down today so I took him to get a pup cup. Of course it’s not normal for dogs to have caramel but the workers were so sweet and understanding with the situation, they were willing to add a little bit of caramel to his pup cup before I took him to the vet and they were so sweet. This is by far my favorite Starbucks location in Fort Wayne“
“This Starbucks isn’t too bad and my drink orders are always correct but whenever I order a Pink Drink here in comparison to the other Starbucks location on Lima Rd, I don’t rlly taste the Strawberry Açaí as much but that could just be me personally. Other than that, the service here is decent and the baristas are super kind.“
“Visited here b4 we attended a convention. Was a very necessary stop b4 starting our day and we appreciated the staff being great first thing in the morning.Of course our coffees & food was just amazing each morning.The sitting area was comfortable and perfect for some selfies.... we were in cosplay, so pics were a must.“
