App didn't work, drive thru couldn't get the order right. Then when going back through, they handed us the cold food that would have been warm if they would have just put it through the window the first time. When I asked if this had been sitting the whole time I was told it had only been sitting there for the 10 minutes since we drove through the first time. With a look like it was my fault for wanting hot food. I'll never go there again.

Trash. All the workers must’ve been high. The drive thru girl barely spoke into the mic, kept giggling and wasn’t making since. The spicy potato soft tacos had no sauce on them. Management needs to do better this is absolute trash.

we ordered four cheesy roll ups, the cheese was barely even melted.We got chips n cheese, got the cheese but didn't get chips.we didn't receive our baja blast.The dude working drive thru window almost kept our debit card until we asked for it back. he also had horrible customer service in general. barely spoke to us, i actually don't recall if he even did.but let me tell you, the woman taking orders for drive thru sounds like a ray of sunshine and we salute you for being strong in a team full of duds <3 give that queen a raise for dealing w that place fr

My husband went and got us dinner. They were not busy. I got the crunch box. The tomatoes were ice cold. And my drink had vodka in it. I went to drink it and the hot feeling that you get when vodka goes down it didn't even taste like mountain dew. My husband ordered a hard taco extra meat and barely any meat on it and the hard shell was soggy. Barely any cheese in the cup for his chips and cheese. We called to get my chalupa redone and got 2 chalupas and 2 soft tacos that none were even right. Then when my husband said it was supposed to only be 1 chalupa they were rude to him. Plus they had no mild sauce at all.
