Let's be real, it's Taco Bell, so the expectations aren't high. Going to any location, you will find things that are wrong. This location is even worse when we don't have much on the South Side, and the majority of those working have the horrible attitudes you expect. No matter how big or small your order is, they will make you pull around to the front door and wait. It makes them look like they are busy inside and drive thru isn't, but it's totally opposite. There is no reason to have someone at the window to take money and hand you drinks, and then the same person has to bring your food outside. Makes no sense. We won't talk about how poorly they actually make the food. By no means can we expect it to look like the commercials, but the food looks like it went through hell before being wrapped up. Going up on pay didn't help the service any better. Just workers with higher pay expectations, but they still don't want to do the work.???

If I can give this place a 0 star I would came and last night and spend 20 dollars on some food bc I was hungry and when I got done eating the food I started throwing up and feeling really sick mostly likey they gave me food

Update: 02/02/2024 We don't want to go to this location because their chips are gross!!! We think they have their heat is too high and are burning the oil. That's what it tastes like. Please check this out so we can buy from you again. ThanksUPDATE: Even in this time of uncertainty Taco Bell comes though with great customer service and HOT, fresh food! Although they did forget one item I bought but I asked about it before driving off and received it. Everything was right with our customizations way to go guys!UPDATE: I added another star*UPDATE: They really stepped it up. They are doing great at getting my order right, they write on my items so I know what they are which is very helpful because I order a lot at a time on mobile order. The cashier I was refuring to was at the register not doing anything and still waited till I got to the register to acknowledge me. But one of the managers did acknowledge me as soon as I came in the door thank you. The Mountain dew still looks orange in the self serve pop dispenser due to the dark pops that come out of the same spout. Even letting it run does not work so I ask them to get it from behind the counter which they happily do. One thing is they always forget to give you your drink if you have a mobile order or make the order on the self serve screen. I have walked out and started down the road before remember I needed ordered pop but all the stores do that.ORIGINAL POST: The girl at the front check out is not very welcoming actually a bit rude, I am a mobile orderer. They need to put a more customer friendly person to greet people.They do ok, with getting the right food but like all taco bells mess up at least one thing on the order up. But they do a better job at putting food together not as messy with or toppings.

The food came out hot, but the tomatoes on my taco were old and soggy, including the shell. It wasn't fresh. My taco was falling apart. But other than that, I enjoyed the food.

After going to the Baker Street Center to a concert, we stopped by this Taco Bell on our way home for a very early morning supper. I ordered 2 bean burritos and my husband ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and an order of cinnamon twists. All of the burritos were perfect but, we were disappointed in the amount of cinnamon twists in the order. I'm confident 7 cinnamon twists aren't the amount in a full order.

They pull every car around to make it seem like they are getting cars through faster on their inside timer. Whether there are ten cars or you’re the only car, they are for sure pulling you around. Defeats the purpose of drive thru. And then they get the orders mixed up out in the parking lot because they can’t remember which meal goes to which car. It’s a hot mess. I’ve never received my food from the drive thru window and I come here all the time. It’s almost not even worth it.

We live less than 5 min. Away got home Food is cold taco didn't have a tablespoon of meat and the chalupa shells were soft and soggy the cinnamon twists taste like plastic and chemicals absolutely

The chips are consistently terrible at this location. They taste oily/stale af. Whatever you do, don’t order the nachos. Oh and they wrapped everything really bad, my taco fell right out because of it. (As you can see)

Ordered one box. At 742 pm, 1 car paid in front of me. I paid and was asked to pull around to the front. Got my one box at 8:02 pm. People were nice but clearly something is wrong here.
