Bartenders are rude. Every time I come here I question why I gave it a second chance.

There needs to be more than one waitress. She did great for as many people as she had to tend to. Drinks arrived not so quickly, but it was unexpected for only having one waitress. Food was not that impressive. I got a chicken sandwich, and it was just chicken tenders from the kids' meal on my sandwich, I know because my 6 yr old girl had the chciken tender kids meal and they were the same. That is piss poor in my book. It should have been a chicken breast and offered as grilled or crispy. But I don't own the place. My opinion doesn't matter to them, but it does to someone who reads this. We drove 45 minutes one way to eat here. Drinks were not cold they were barely chilled. GO AND TRY THE PLACE I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO. JUST DONT GET THE CHICKEN POPPER SANDWICH.

First time here on Saturday night 2/10 and the bartender was so rude! I knew from the website it’s $5 per person, we entered and weren’t sure where to pay and were looking around at everything when she runs up to us and very aggressively yells “HEY THESE GAMES ARENT FREE PAY AT THE BAR” I was kind of astonished at how rude she was being it seemed like a crazy reaction and even throughout the process of paying I was trying to be polite and lighten the mood letting her know it’s our first time here but she was so unpleasant and rude the entire interaction. We came on a date night to have drinks and never purchased drinks just so we didn’t have to speak to her again. Left soon after. I’ve never posted a review before but this was worth the typing

Chris was our server and she was amazing!!! It was a nice Valentines evening!
Ted’s was a great place for a couples night out. We ordered dinner and drinks downstairs as they were very busy upstairs. The signature cocktails were great. Try the “Earl had to Die” cocktail. It was our favorite. The food was great. The nachos were HUGE. We also had burgers and the Big A** Pretzels. They had a wonderful selection of games and pinball and all were in great working condition. We will be back!!

This was my first time to this fine establishment. The food was delicious! The setup was neat (with it having been a church building before). The atmosphere was really welcoming. We have been going to Ted's for quite awhile for their Trivia Nights. For the past two months, we have been receiving atrocious service. Being charged for items that were never brought, no refills, waiters disappearing for +30 minutes, staff members texting in the front lobby, etc.They increase the prices again and again, but aren't giving the service to match those prices. The most recent experience involved our check. Our waitress had disappeared so I went up to the front to pay. As the staff sat in the lobby texting, they watched as I stood and waited for assistance. I was then told that "it will be brought to your table." We were standing at our table searching for our waitress. We then were charged for food items we didn't get.We have told the manager before at a previous visit that their staff are not attentive and are on their phones. We then asked if we could get refills and the only response we got was a laugh followed by "the waitress will grab those for you."The Trivia is amazing and we love the host, but that doesn't mean your guests are "preoccupied" and don't need attention.
