Have went twice in the last six months. I get chicken, my significant other is a big fan of their steak from other locations. Medium steak was ordered both times, and unfortunately both steaks came out incredibly raw(from someone who likes their steak blue). Steak was sent back three times, coming back charred on the outside, and raw on the inside. Was told by staff that is what medium looks like and we're mistaken, before being given boxes to leave, and having to recook steak at home.

If you get a carry out order be sure to check your baked potato. I got one that looks like it's from 5 days ago. Dark brown on the inside and burnt in the edges. I guess I'll just have a chicken breast and some cold rice. The manager will see me tomorrow.

Appetizer never showed up. Waitress was more worried about her closing duties than tending to customers (wasn't even close to closing time). She was so rude to her coworkers demeaning them loud enough for customers to hear...food was cold. Generally have a good experience but I wish I would have spent my $70 elsewhere tonight.

Great food Great restaurant good service. The only problem here is if your meat is either under or overcooked...it takes forever to get your corrected dish delivered.

I’m not usually one to complain, the hostess was an absolute sweetheart, our server was the absolute worse. We went out for my boyfriend’s bday, and we ordered drinks well I ordered the Long Island, my server said “do you want the top shelf?” And I said “no the regular is find” and he proceeded to ask me again to which I shook my head no. He then decided to reach across the table, rip open the drink menu and point at the top shelf Long Island and said “this is what you want?!” To which I pointed to the $5 LIT and said no, and he goes “SO YOU WANT THE WELL??” And I said yes. As someone who has experience as a bartender, I would have completely understood what I was saying. I’m mad at the fact he slammed the menu down and pointed it out to me like I was a child. I was not going to let this ruin our dining experience, so I just kept going and ordering. Well I ordered an appetizer for my meal, and the food runner made a mistake and ran it out as an appetizer (WHICH IS COMPLETELY OKAY I DONT CARE) however the server started bickering with the food runner in front of us as the food runner was just trying to help clear up our table. After my boyfriend received his food, we never saw our server again. I just paid on the ziosk and left because we could not find our server to ask for boxes. Literally everything was perfect besides how rude our server was. The hostess was a sweetheart and the two food runners we had were phenomenal! I just genuinely cannot express how upset we were with our server. And people can have bad days I completely agree! But getting talked to like I was a child and witnessing a disagreement in front of us was totally weird.
