The service was the star here A very cordial and helpful staff The store is small and cozy but very inviting with a small seating area The sandwich was ok. Nothing to win awards or write about. The bun was slightly warm and the ham was thickly sliced. They added Mayo which I don't like and it subtracted from the flavor for me. In a pinch I can see this as a go to spot, but I wouldn't be in a hurry to return.

I decided to go there on 1/4/2023 for lunch so printed a copy of their menu so I could get an idea of what I wanted to order. When I got there I ordered a ham classic sandwich which showed a price of $5.49 and honeybaked sandwich which showed a price of $6.49. on the online menu. When it got rung up, they wanted to charge me $8.50. I showed her my copy of the menu so she changed the price to $7.50. The online menu also showed the choice to make it a meal would include chips, deli side AND drink. She only allowed me to choose two of the three. When I got back to my office, I discovered that she had given me two classic sandwiches instead of one of each so I was definitely overcharged. Had they honored what their online menu showed and given me what I ordered, I would probably go back as the food that I had was good, I noticed today 1/6/23 when I went online to look at the menu that all prices have been removed and the meal options now show choice of chips OR deli side and & a drink,

We ordered a whole boneless ham,however when we got home was given a half bone in. Hopefully it will be just as good. We should have paid closer attention before we left the store.

I came to Honey Baked Ham Company because my family traditionally buys from the company for at least one of our holiday meals, either Thanksgiving or Christmas. Last year during the height of the pandemic, I ordered directly through corporate and had it sent to my house. Although, more convenient, it is also far more expensive. I decided to save money by coming to one of their stores. I came in and bought ham, turkey, and some of their sides. One thing I love about the stores over the online purchases is that you can buy specialty items like ham or turkey salad, which I did. What was upsetting about the purchase here was they refused to give me any specials they had going because that was only done if you ordered ahead of time. What? That was never the case in the other stores when ai bought in Florida. I ended up paying full price. Ridiculous.

Shout out to THBHC!! I stopped in to grab some things and support a local FAMIKY owned franchise and WOW!! The split pea soup (which was reconnected by a gentleman there) was OUTSTANDING!! When you purchase the soup mix you get a free ham bone... I was skeptical seeing as I had never tried SPLIT-PEA soup. Boy was I wrong!!! We loved it!! I will definitely be back for mire
