I've been a few times now and I LOVE this restaurant!! Every time I go I will try something new and I always love it. The staff is always very kind and attentive. The decor is pretty cool, they have a large fake lobster on a wall in a smaller "party/event" type room lol. It's just a really cool place :)

The atmosphere is nostalgic, they have a great salad bar, with all the condiments you can think of, their beer is ice cold and the waitresses are friendly and pleasant. Their prices are just a little expensive, but the drinks are reasonable considering the caliber of restaurant. On weekends expect a wait time of at least 30 minutes upon arrival. Their barbecued ribs are some of the best, I've also tried their tilapia and it is very good, the tartar sauce is something I've never tasted, it's a mix between coconut and a spicy mustard.

This was our first time ordering take out and I have to say we didn’t receive the same service that we would have received had we gone into the restaurant to eat. We called in to place our order to be put on held for almost 10 minutes once she came back to us we placed the order and was told 25mins to have to wait even longer to find out from the bartender that our food had been done for a bit. Don’t get me wrong the food was great!!! Service not so much. Had to give a 1 star I wouldn’t have given.
The last two times we have been to the Lucky Turtle the food has been well below " good" food. I had the beer battered cod and it was VERY " oily ", to the point of oozing out of the soggy batter, while my partner, who used to love the trigger fish, was very disappointed to find it was over done to the point of being closer to dried fish. After these last two experiences, we won't be coming back. There are far too many good restaurants in FW to waste our money there any more. Sorry that they have gone so far down.

This restaurant is must try in Fort Wayne. There is a wide variety of sandwiches, seafood, and Mexican foods. If you are a seafood fan the Lobster Dip appetizer is a must try.
