We ate here at the DuPont location for the first time. We normally go to Kendalville. The food was absolutely wonderful and served to us very quickly! The waitress was very nice, but only came back once during our dinner. So, we did not get refills and I had to flag down another waitress to get our bill so we could leave. It was a Friday evening around 9pm. A whole group of teenagers started coming in and were kinda all over the place. I really don't think they even ordered anything as they were only there around 15-20 min. As they were going in and out of the front door, someone started shooting a paintball gun outside at them. They hit the vestibule causing a very loud noise startling everyone inside. Again food and time were both great, but we could have done without the extras!! Brett

Wings on special but turned several of us away when there were several seats open. If your gonna have .59 wings then be prepared. Told us 30 min wait which I could respect but then told us not serving anymore people, what a joke.

Waited over half an hour for my carry out order when they weren’t super busy, only to find out they messed up my order and had to wait even longer for it to be remade. Barely an I’m sorry was given, and was not even offered anything for my time being wasted. A soda would have been a nice gesture, but apparently everyone in this store is tone def when it comes to customer service. Never coming here again, too many other restaurants in town that offer much better in every aspect.

I just had dinner there and they forgot sauce for my wife's carry out order. I drove back to get it and the guy in the back was giving my waitress a hard time to give me both sauces I paid for and had to drive back and get for a now cold meal. Seriously??? They should have given me two of each and a free drink. He was very rude.

Ate there & ordered their fish & chips. The fish was a large fried cod piece. It was so good! Made a comment to the waitress how good it was! She deserved recognition too as she was so nice! Her name was MS Trout. Funny as we were talking about the good cod I had & she mentioned her name being Trout! We laughed! I had the Tator Tots & they were really crunchy! Really good!I'd recommend this place for the fish anytime! My husband likes the wings & I do too!

Well where to begin. In simple terms just go somewhere else. Then place is dirty starting out. You stick to the floor. Food was cold wings cold chili was cold sent back server must of forgot we where there even though there was only 10 people in there. After 15 min she came back asking if we wanted any refills and we did. I asked where my sent back food was she said” oh that’s right!” Lol. Guess what, cold wings and chili on the second trip. Then I was done. They gave me “wing bucks” or something like that. I gave to some table next to us. They also said they were done. Do better. Start by cleaning the place

Ordered my salad and asked no tomatoes waited for a half hour then finally got my salad had tomatoes on it and sent it back and had to wait another half hour then when they finally brought it to me after my family was finished eating my salad was smaller .. I work in the food industry and know that things happen but my salad sat in the window for 20 minutes very disappointed will not be back

Just left the Dupont rd location.Do not recommend at all. There was barely anybody in the restaurant when we got there at 5 o’clock. It took 10 minutes just to get our drink order put in and after we put our food order in, it took another 30 to 40 minutes to get our food. Wings were over cooked and fries were dry and crunchy, we ordered a chicken wrap and one half of the wrap had 2 tiny pieces of chicken in it and the other half had none. I’ve always heard that this place was better than bdubs, and it doesn’t even come close even on a bad day at bdubs.

Terrible service!!Employees don't even care if you're there. Entered and sign said "please wait to be seated" no one was there at the front, probably waiting 3-4 minutes before being seated. Then we waited another 10 minutes without anyone coming to our table before walking out. Several times other employees would walk past visibly noticing we haven't been waited on yet.As we walked out guy asked why we were leaving, and his excuse was that "it wasn't his section..." I'm sure he had more important things happening on his phone. Worst service ever!
