It was by chance we ended up here tonight and really we are so glad we came. We were greeted by our lovely waitress, Christine , and her first question was if we had ever been to Ziano's before. Telling her that we had not , she offered us complimentary breadsticks which were amazing themselves and THEN we had the side salad. It was a pleasant surprise as we expected typical Italian dressing on the salad , but it was MUCH better than that. Lastly was our entree... The stuffed shells with chicken . (Helpful hint: save some of your breadsticks for dipping in the garlic Alfredo that comes on the shells!) WE were stuffed when all was eaten and more than satisfied. Definitely don't sleep on this quaint Italian eatery!!

I know they have good food cause I've had it before but I've now ordered from here on 2 separate occasion 2 days apart. The first day I placed the order online and it told me I can close my phone and a confirmation would be emailed to me. So I drive there and they say they have no order for me. So I look at the email and it says it was not confirmed by them. 2 days later I try again the order being confirmed a few seconds later.I ordered:1 shrimp Alfredo no onions or tomatoes add Romano cheese1 Spicy shrimp with Romano cheeseI received:1 marinara shrimp pasta with onions no tomatoes no added Romano cheese1 marinara shrimp no Romano cheese.And no cutlery.If you go here I would not use the online ordering as the only right part of the order was basically the shrimp.

Went in to eat with my aunt on a Sunday afternoon. As soon as we walked in, the hostess started laughing at us and said “look at them”. Highly offensive and off putting when walking into a restaurant. She then began to berate our server, asking her name then purposefully saying the wrong name as a crude joke. Our server was not pleased. After we sat down and ordered, we could hear the manager yelling at the two hosts in the front about their behavior. Called for: yes, but praise in public, criticize in private comes to mind. The food was abysmal. Chicken parm and the chicken picatta were lacking flavor. The crappy frozen chicken cutlets that were overcooked and cheap boxed pasta they used left a lot to be desired. The waitress we had was the only good part of our experience as she was very polite and checked on us regularly. Definitely won’t be returning.

Ordered to-go and decided to try the Chicken Marsala today.The pasta was nothing special and was undercooked; the sauce was pretty much indistinguishable from normal Alfredo sauce. The chicken was the real let down here as it was chewy and tasted like water and Tyson chicken nuggets.The 99 cent breadsticks were bangers as always.

We have never eaten at a zianos before.Our waitress was AMAZING but one of her coworkers....not so much. We were seated at a table that was RIGHT up next to where staff puts orders into the computer. Our waitress asked if my husband wanted a salad. He said "yes, with ranch please". Our waitress informed us they do not have ranch. Only Italian. My husband said "that's fine". She literally walks 3 steps to the server station to put in our order, and her coworker said "we don't have any ranch, what do you want me to do? Run over to the Walmart to get you some?" Then laughed. He was saying it hushed and clearly didn't intend for us to hear. But we did. Loud and clear. Unfortunately the employees do not wear name tags, but his description is: buzzed hair, beard, and a rose tattoo on his left forearm. The food was good. But felt so embarassed in the atmosphere, that we will not be dining in again. If we ever feel tempted again, it will be carry-out.

Absolutely the best stuffed shells and alfredo sauce anywhere. Sauce is full and smooth and plenty of it! Had a hard time getting a hot glass of water but the staff are conscientious, and finally met the need. DeBrands available for a great finishing touch on the meal. Elegant setting for us wedding parents, bride and groom to meet and plan!
