The food is good but service not so much. The ladies upfront could be a bit more welcoming and friendly. It’s a nice place but needs some work on the customer service side. Also, restrooms were not very clean.

I can only comment on the ice cream, as I have not tried any food there yet. Their ice cream is delicious. You can tell they make them in small batches. Great place to get your sweet craving fix.My favorite flavors so far are the Ferrero, Oreo, Banana Nut, Caramel Pecan, and of course Chocolate.Kid-friendliness: A small place area for toddlers.

Fresitas was recommended by my coworker because of its authenticity. The atmosphere is fun and family-centric, with swings (yes you read that correctly) at some of the tables, plus a small indoor play area for the wee ones.The food: we ordered churros, which were phenomenal. In addition, they have a full menu of dessert and non-dessert items that I will be trying again.

They have some vegan popsicles, but need to add some choices to the food menu. I was not happy with what I ordered. It sounded like it would taste good, but it was just weird- cold, sliced fruit on tortilla chips and drizzled with a sweet, salty red sauce. Not tasty at all, but because of the excellent service, ambiance, and variety of popsicles, I am not going to give up that easily. Plus, it's a real treat to see swings inside an eatery??♀️!

The food was good but the service was horrible. I waited over 10 minutes with no one ahead of me to even place my order. They have cheetos with nacho cheese on the menu. When I asked for them she said hot cheetos. I asked if they had regular, explaning it was a 4 year old. She said yes but when we received them they were hot cheetos. Took them back up and was told the don't have regular and got no refund.Also no toilet paper in the bathroom. No soap in the bathroom. All around a bad experience, it's obvious no one has experience running a restaurant. The menu lacks an list of flavors for drinks or ice cream so much more could be done with this place with good management.
