Unfortunately, Franklin Buffalo Wild Wings is not good! Service and food is disappointing. This specific restaurant location is AWFUL! We tried several times over 6 years and it's always the same! ( We quit going.) ? IDK about management but a change would be nice!
Food hit the spot and service was great. As usual, tons of sports on everywhere. Always a good time.The brisket tacos were tastey. Ask for extra BBQ sauce cuz you're gonna want more of it.

Not a good experience. Margarita was bland and taste like water. Fried pickles were doughy. Server not attentive. Second time I've came and not a fan. Rather try Freddy's thru the drive thru and go home.

First time at Buffalo Wild Wings, and we chose Franklin, IN. instead of Greenwood, hoping it would be less busy. I'm assuming we were correct. The service came quickly and was just fine. People got their food, and we waited for a short period of time before getting extremely surprising burgers. (I try them everywhere... trying to find the best one for the buck.)Juiciest burger ice ever had in my life. Hands down, best in Franklin.

Amazing how 5 different employees walked past a table in need of cleaning. It was not even busy. It was half way through 4th quarter of pacer game before it was cleared and cleaned. No team work, and using the word, "clean" is being very generous.

Cauliflower wings are delicious! Easily worth the price. I had to make sure they were actual cauliflower and not chicken - the taste is pretty much identical. Perfectly sauced. My portion of fries was pretty skimpy, so I don't think I will order them again, but the taste and temperature were perfect.
