The GM does good on for fettuccine and spaghetti.. secondary staff when she's not there serves the food real sloppy and just throws tons of sauce on everything... The main s the breadsticks are just soaked with garlic or butter they're just soaked you can't even eat and they're just you got to pull them apart, very hard to break off you got to keep pulling apart cuz they're so stuck and push soaked tons of butter or whatever when they're baked..???????

I placed an order online with a 6:30 pm pick up time. I pull up to the drive thru and no one ever comes over the intercom. I saw a guy enter through the back so I pull around to the front. The lights are on so I go to the door and the door is locked. So I call and it just rings repeatedly. I go to the app to cancel my order and I can't because they put that it had already been delivered!!! Don't go here!!!

This store needs help. This store closes in the middle of the afternoon apparently unable to pay employees for their time. The Alfredo sauce was watered down and broke down. Did not stick to noodles. Did they water it down to save on food cost or just serve old broken down sauce? Who knows. Lasagna was old. Spaghetti sauce was runny was not enough sauce for the pasta. They didn’t have Ceasar dressing for the Ceaser salad. The packaging was sloppy and food served in styrofoam boxes. Food was not up to temperature. They need corporate help. I partly blame corporate for having to many menu items that can seriously affect food cost at an already slow store. The location is terrible. Only access is on the way north out of town. Not easily noticeable from the street. It’s connected to a Shell gas station which makes it seem like less of a restaurant and more of a slop hole. I hope they are able to get it together. I’d be happy to offer some leadership.

Purchased two samplers, It was the worse meal I have ever gotten from this location. We ended up throwing food in the trash.

So tonight while going with family to Fazoli's for dinner, we order our food being 2 different orders. My daughter pays for her and her family; total of 6.My husband pays for mine and his.We ordered at 7:15.At 8:00 two of the grandchildren received their meal, 10 minutes later two more meals came out to us and they were both cold; the pasta noodles were hard.Shortly after, the salads were brought out. The lettuce was brown so they were sent back. By 8:30 we still had not received the remaining meals. When asked about them we were told that they had forgotten to put them in. The cashier (who was very polite and apologetic) asked if we would be interested in complementary cheesecake for the inconvenience. My daughter declined and asked to speak with the manager about a refund. We could hear her speaking with the manager as the manager was extremely loud, even laughing saying she was not going to speak to us nor give a refund. The assistant manager came out to our table and my daughter asked if he could please send the manager out, which the manager again refused to come out as she and the assistant manager shared a laugh. The assistant manager came out again and explained that they were busy with the drive thru and that some of the meals were sent out to the table before they were supposed to be. We thanked him for his honesty and for speaking with us at which point he said he would be refunding us. He went back to the counter where the manager refused to refund my daughter but did refund my husband. My daughter asked the manager for her name twice which was met with a very rude attitude from the manager and refusal to give her name. My daughter asked for a number to contact someone in the morning and again was met with an attitude and refusal. My granddaughter's chicken nuggets that came out cold. When asked to have them redone they just reheated them making them hard. The breadsticks that were literally soaked in butter and the chicken Alfredo order with hard noodles and cold. Also on a side note, a guy doing Grub Hub waited roughly 45 minutes for his order.Worst experience and service we've ever had; except for the dark haired girl (the cashier) who was very polite. We ended up going to Freddy's where we were met with friendly staff, fast service and great food!

The food was good, but they forgot my broccoli and bacon that was supposed in my pasta I ordered. When I told them they fixed it by giving it to me to add to my meal. My daughter didn't care for hers as much as she was hoping.

This place is always closed. This place is the biggest joke in franklin.Few months ago this place was changing alot. Guy with glasses was in charge and made sure the dinning room was open for us guys come in work. i think his name was isaiah or issac or something but he got fired or something someone said. Dont see why he got fired he made the place open and alot people enjoyed eating at fazolis not its just a empty building and with bad service and bad food and never have breadsticks. i think ill be driving the extra 10 miles to greenwood to eat there. i really hope down the road this place will change around or something.

I was in here a couple weeks ago and I was in line behind some lady try to steal cups from behind the counter when she ordered a free water. The manager caught her doing it and said the free waters only come in the small cups (that were already provided) and the lady walked off with a huff. She then lied to her boyfriend/husband and he came huffing and puffing, wanting to talk to the manager and general manager. The manager, Jaimie, handled it very professionally. I told her I wanted to make things right because I witnessed the whole thing, and I knew that couple would smear their names through the mud, and that was absolutely unfair. People shouldn't be able to get away with that just because they didn't get their lying way. Jaimie, Kyra, and the rest of the crew do a great job here, especially with how hard times are and how short handed everyone is nowadays. My food and service was wonderful, I was frequently asked for more breadsticks (which is great because I go through em like candy) and everyone was so nice and polite!! I plan to come here for my lunch break more and more often!

They must have changed their fettuccine chicken was like baked separately and just put in the fettuccine. It was horrible. My kids food all came and they were finished eating before my food come. Most of the tables were dirty. My spaghetti wasn't right. I guess I had higher expectations for this location especially. Also we were really craving Fazolis and they just let us down??

4 tables of people laughing at my kids as we wonder why the doors are locked open signs are on and we are there within the working hours. Jamie said they only unlock them for pickup orders and we can get food if we go in the drive thru. First experience here and never will again. We have stuck to more of the local restaurants since moving here this summer. We will apparently just stick to that.

Employees were friendly yet seemed a little frustrated or overwhelmed before closing, but it was packed at the last minute. One of the restrooms was broke other than that all was fine.

They're closed alot due to no staff. Has happened several different days but when they're open they're pretty good.

The manager/cashier order taker that worked at this location on Sunday Nov 7th 2021 around 12:30 pm was rude. Claimed she was the manager. She left and didn’t give me a drink cup. I waited then took 2 drink cups and was at the machine, hand on water button. This Jamie lady calls after me telling me to bring the cups back, they were wrong cups. I listened and it looked like there are special water cups.Well I told her I had already touched them and Department of health guidelines would require her to thrown them away and could I keep the water. She held out the water cups and said “you get these little cups for you water or I will charge you for those cups.” I told her I already paid and she would have to throw the cups away anyway. She said “your not supposed to grab your own cups.” I told her I was sorry I didn’t know. I returned the cups and took the little water cups. The little old lady with white hair behind me spoke the the cashier or manager lady on my behalf and tried to defend me to her. The cashier was rude even to the little old lady. My boyfriend came out of bathroom and I asked him if we could leave. When he tried to get out meal refunded the cashier lady on a power trip refused to give him the receipt or print a second copy when he asked for it.This place had left a bad taste and we will never be back unless kind people can manage this place
