Went thru Drive thru.. 25 minutes from time of order until recieved... the fries are not greatest..cold after 3 minutes.. average tasting burger.. nothing great about Freddie's.. spent 30.00.. 2 double combos large size. And charging 3.50 for shake upgrade. Piracy..will not return..

I just came into Freddy’s and ordered a lettuce wrap, normally when I get one it’s unbelievably messy and annoying to eat, today my lettuce wrap was perfect! It was very easy to eat and so delicious! The girl at the food counter was very understanding about the mistake made with my order and made changes per my request. Definetly recommend! Table was a little dirty when we came in though.

I walked to the counter to make my order. Lady working drive-thru told the kid in the kitchen that I was at the counter ready to order. Kid just walks up to the register and stares at me. No hello, how can I help you, welcome to Freddy's...nothing. It's bad enough we pay over $10 for a burger meal. Do Better!

We had a bad experience with this restaurant tonight. Unfortunately, my daughterdidn't get the name of the rude employee. I downloaded their app, created an account and used the reward for a free concrete mixer. My daughters went in to pick it up for me once I received the notification that it was complete and was told they didn't have an order for me. I sent the confirmation number and the woman argued with my girls about the order being placed, even after seeing the screenshot that I sent. The employee finally relented and begrudgingly handed over the already made, and melted ice cream (this was a 30 minute ordeal). I've always enjoyed Freddie's food and custard, but my family will never spend our money at this restaurant again. It is unfortunate that good customer service is so difficult to find these days.
