The quality of the food at this particular noodles and company was very disappointing. Noodles is one of my favorite places to grab a lunch or quick dinner. However, the plate was not worth the price that I paid.

Here's my thoughts regarding this establishment and why I rated them 5 starts. I'm labeled by the current society as "a very picky eater" simply because I refuse by choice to eat meat and highly processed food full of trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, and 900+ artificial additives approved by the so-called "FDA". On top of that, I'm naturally allergic to gluten. All that eliminates immediately my admittance to over 95% of food establishments in the USA. In addition, I'm from Europe, so I know what a clean restaurant means. So, here we come to Noodles and Company in Franklin, IN - vegetarian friendly with no artificial additives used and many gluten-free options. Pair this with a spotless environment starting from the entrance, through the restroom all the way you can see to the back. Talking about the kitchen, you can see how the guys cooking the food handle the pans like real chiefs. Once you get your food and taste it, you literally forget about the rest of the 95% of the restaurants. It's not the cheapest food, but that's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for quality food and clean environment. My health is the biggest investment for me. I've already been several times here with (or without) my girlfriend and we both agree these are the best meals prepared outside of our home. The manager is always on the top making sure you're 100% satisfied. Try it and thank me later. Cheers!

My wife and I have been here several times and enjoy the food greatly. It is well flavored and the portions, while a bit small, are decent.The only downsides I can see is the tiny dining area and the cost. It is a bit pricey for what you get. Other than that, it is cool.The manager who looks like a mini Troy Polamalu is a good guy and they get the food out quickly.Overall, we will return. Why not?
Food was good. Although, this was my first time ever eating here and they didnt even give me my steak that came with the Korean noodles. Thats a big mistake when im paying 5 dollars for the 6 pieces of thin meat. I went all the way back for the steak and they couldnt seem to care and gave me hardly any steak. Bad first impression. Most likely wont be going back.

Food was ok… it was not as delicious as I had hoped.. it had been awhile since I had been in a Noodles and Com restaurant… it just felt really fast foodish ?. Unlike the other restaurant I was in before…The restaurant was clean and the service was fast …The garlic bread was the bomb tho ! It was delicious!
