We ordered online a day early for pickup. We wanted the baker's dozen on the half price Tuesday special. I arrived to pick up the order and it wasn't there. I asked about it and I was told that there weren't enough bagels to fill the order, so they didn't fill it. That was a bit disappointing. They didn't partially fill it either. They also didn't send an email letting us know they couldn't fill it. I did find out that if we order 3 days in advance, they would have the bagels to complete the order. Disappointing, but I learned for next time, I guess.

Hands down one of the worst managed restaraunts around. Your takeout order has a 50/50 chance of being right. That doesn't include the odds that they even have all the ingredients to make your order in the first place.

Who can take your order & never get it right? Panera can, can!Really - HIGHLY suggest you double check it. Carry-out or drive thru, it doesn't matter. They can not follow simple directions. For the cost of convenience of simple food, it's not worth the headache.

Given them multiple tries. Food is average for them. The service is horrible. Check your orders people! The morning crew needs training. They can't get simple orders correct or they short you. Called the manager to explain (they did offer me free food & I declined knew they would get that wrong as well) she hung up on me! I wasn't a Karen. I was calm & suggested better training & that I would not be back. Word to the wise -again check your order for that high priced food!!!!

Staff is polite and friendly but the food seems to lack quality, it used to have more fresh toppings, a piece of avocado, alfalfa sprouts, things that made it special but no more and now i cant help thinking how i couldve thrown chicken salad on a croissant in my kitchen for a forth of what Paneras charges.

I have gone twice to this location, and both times, my wait at the drive thru was long. Seven minutes this last time for 8 muffins and 14 minutes the first time.
