Its a Saturday night and I wanted to suprise one of my daughters with a pizza and some wings.I tried to order online but the site kept glitching.I called them and placed an order for carryout.When I went to pick it up, the staff was professional and friendly
Ordered a pizza online. Went into the restaurant and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. 20 people came in and got their food before me and when I asked when it would be ready again was told to wait 5 more minutes. Had to ask yet again and the food was sitting in the heater almost the whole time I’d been in there. Employee’s were cursing loudly and repeatedly when I complained about it the manager told me he couldn’t control his employees speech because of free speech which is completely false. I used to work at the location and the old management would’ve never stood for it. The manager was very rude and confrontational. One of the reasons the location doesn’t have dine in eating anymore. Very trashy and a terrible customer experience. I would recommend that no one eat there and take their business elsewhere! They will never ever get my business again!

Way, way, too expensive. Could have gotten 2 medium pizzas at Domino's for what it cost for 1 personal pan pizza and an order of bread sticks. Ridiculous.

I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in years. Can’t really tell you why, just haven’t. Tonight I decided to give Pizza Hut another try, and I’m glad I did.You can only get carry out which was fine. Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by two employees. Genuinely friendly people. My online order was ready before the agreed time and the food was great.I left Pizza Hut feeling like they really appreciated my business, which is rare.Yep I’ll be going back!

Great staff and great food! Many times in the past when we place a large order other places usually get something wrong. However, this place ensures the order is correct. We have placed to large orders with in a month and will continue to order pizzas from this place. I highly recommend this location especially when you're placing a large order.

My five is for the taste and quality of the personal pan pizza and friendliness and knowledge of the employee. This location does not have in store dining, so orders are to-go only and obviously no salad bar. The manager let me know the Bedford Pizza Hut still has the buffett.
The staff here was extremely nice and really cared about the customers, the staff made sure too apologize about any wait even if it wasn't but s very short wait, and there were several othor people there along with myself and everyone else seemed pretty happy too. I personally believe this is one of the best customer service focused workers I've come across in my entire time traveling around.

Ordering online was a pain. So, I called. Even worse! Their automated system was malfunctioning the whole time and it took forever. Then, my order was taken to someone else's home while I got theirs. Terrible service, overpriced pizza, not going back.

What can I say about the Franklin restaurant. It's carry out or delivery only. The long ago dining area has been closed off to the public and is used for extra storage. The pizza is always good. The staff is friendly.
