“Clean, airy atmosphere, nice and happy employees.I had the best lunch at Panera today (open in Franklin, Indiana), chipotle avocado chicken sammy, broccoli cheddar cup soup, delicious iced green tea, along with the best dessert. ? I wish Panera would bring back the lemon chicken orzo soup, though.I have two suggestions:1. As customers, we need a more open area where we can get our cup lid and straws. That one little cubby is cause for long waiting and a pile of people in the way for others trying to get their cups and drinks. Better layout needed.2. Larger napkins ?Parking: nice handicapped parking, too.“

“Food was great! The lady checking me out was great. Everything we ordered was hot and tastes good. Not greasy. We've been trying to find a good place since we've moved to the area. We've found our new go to place for Chinese take-out!“
