I live in Franklin but work in Indy, and I stop at the Taco Bell on County line now and then. This Taco Bell needs to send their employees up there to learn how to make the food! I don't know how there can be such a big difference, but there is. I got a couple burritos tonight and they were both cold, they had such little stuff and them that when they wrapped them up they were square. They shouldn't be square. And, there wasn't any beef in them. It was pretty much just a cheese and refried bean burrito. It was supposed to be a burrito supreme. This is the second time I've come to this one because it was late enough that the county line one was closed already. Both times the food was bad.

Don't go in and use the kiosk it takes longer to get your order. The drive-thru is much faster.Parking: There were plenty as far as to take for parking everyone else goes to the drive-thru and knew better than to go inside.

Our order was messed up. Asked for 2 burritos with guacamole but none of them came with it (I was charged for it). I went to the counter and told one of the ladies, only to get a tiny portion that was barely good enough for one of the burritos. Staff wasn't friendly so I just quit trying and had to eat what I got since I was very hungry. I recommend picking somewhere else to have your meal because this branch is unfriendly and they don't really take care of it.
This was a horrible experience! We have eaten here before while traveling and it has gone down hill!We used the kiosk like we were told too as this is the only way to place an order! It was a to go order the worker put it on a tray then handed my husband a bag and said there you go! Then the order was all wrong the steak quesadilla was chicken, regular instead of cheesy street chalupa!It was all around bad food and bad service! We will not be back!

The employees are nice and the food is good but they’re never open when they should be in the mornings. When I show up at 7am they always tell me they’re not ready to take orders yet.
