I ordered through DoorDash- 45 minutes before close.They did not make my order because they closed the store early, kept telling the dashers I canceled my order, and they have no food left to serve.

Needless to say I was shocked that when ordering a two baconator and a two medium orange frosty that the price was nearly 20.00. My concern that Wendy’s would think what they served was equivalent to what I received. The frosty was 4.10 for a medium frosty which I might say was a child’s cup.

Wendy, in franklin ind would not recommend that the inside service was horrible. Night managers didn't seem to care. the drive-through was more important and won't be going back.

I normally get the classic chicken sandwich and someone else gets the spicy chicken sandwich. They forgot pickles and mayo on the classic and mayo on the spicy, both which already comes on it. Overall not bad

Food is 70% wrong no matter if you pick it up or order it online with door dash. Just got home and got charged for a baconator and got a baby sandwich. It would cost more to drive back and wait in line at this place. I Love Wendy's but this one is falling fast. Felt bad for the older gentlemen at the first window working with his COVID mask on due to being sick and still dealing with cash and food. Do better Franklin Wendy's.

Let me preface by saying this is my first time leaving a bad review. I work for doordash and I was in there waiting for an order that consisted of a biggie bag and a cup of chili, a very simple order. Another dasher and I were waiting for at least 20 minutes for our simple orders. During this time, they helped a customer and took her order. FINALLY, a nice blonde lady helped us and brought attention to us. There were 2 cars max in the drive through and several people got their orders before we did. I don’t appreciate the “service” from the other employees.

Fast and made the order correct. My sons picky and everywhere else I have to get plain no cheese stuff remade. They got it right the first time. The staff was amazing and friendly. Food was hot and fresh.
