So disappointed. We will not be back! Their portions are getting smaller and smaller and now they are charging fees for pick up orders and to use a credit card. I’ve been overcharged several times and today we paid $9.99 for the smallest most pathetic enchiladas, plus a pick up fee even though there is no other option, plus a fee to use a credit card! Last time we ate in and we were charged way too much for bottles of water since the town was under a boil advisory and couldn’t serve us water in cups. We will just go out of town from now on.

We love El Toro Loco of Frankton! Daily specials, tasty and inexpensive margaritas, friendly service and very large food portions! Still open during the quarantine for carry-out and local deliveries! We go often and highly recommend.
