Rachel was so sweet and helpful! I had never been in before, so she gave me a recommendation for the monthly special. The burrito bowl was great, I subbed Jalapeños for kale and totally enjoyed that decision, especially because we were eating in the heat of outside! Highly recommend stopping by here if you're looking for some healthy or non healthy vegan options! Great service and a good ambiance.

Food was great! I had the weekly special which was crispy tofu and broccoli over rice. I tried the gumbo which was very good. I also had a chocolate chip cookie. I am not vegan, but everything I ate was excellent. Service was patient and attentive. Prices are fair.

How I went as long as I did without knowing about MJ's is beyond me. This spot is fantastic for a delicious hearty lunch or even breakfast on the weekends with some fantastic vegan options. I had an oat milk mocha, which was sweet and delicious! Opted for the black bean quesadilla for lunch, and this thing is the jam. Hearty, filling, and delicious. Who knew that melty vegan cheese could be so fantastic? Will definitely be coming back to try other options.

The server was PHENOMENAL and truly alert to all of our questions & concerns. She was attentive, studious and most of all patient! It is a cozy little restaurant from front to back and side to side. I did a search for Vegan food near airport and it let me to MJ's. The staff is informative and friendly, Andrea helped me out today and she was a delight. The atmosphere here is open, modern and comfortable. They had nice, seasonal decorations throughout the dining room and in the tables. So cute! Now to the real reason I stopped in...the food! They have so many vegan options and it was nice to be able to have breakfast. They had a couple specials and I chose the Pumpkin Pie French Toast. It wasn't too sweet, it was just right. I paired it with a Hazelnut Oatmilk latte and could not be more pleased. I highly recommended this spot, vegan or not.

Great food! Great service! Great ambiance! We will return when in the area. So why only 4 stars....The website, Yelp, even the menus all say breakfast and we went for breakfast during the week only to find that breakfast is on weekends. Also, they don't open at 8:30 am during the week, they open at 10. It would be nice if their website were more clear on hours and what days they have breakfast. We were looking forward to the tofu scramble.

Excellent food, excellent service, and personable staff. I had been eating at MJ's for years before they moved to the new location on Government. When I was newly diagnosed with Celiac Disease I ran across them in an advertisement. After my first meal there and learning about their procedures for cross-contamination, I knew this was a place I could call home. Everything I have eaten here has been good. I highly recommend their food, especially, for anyone who has allergies, especially to gluten or wheat. All of the employees appear to love their jobs and serving their customers The food and service here will make "Laughter in Your Belly." #happyeating

I love MJs employees. They seem so happy to be there and to have you as well. They have helped with recommendations during visits, moving tables when I camped out and realized I now needed to plug my laptop in, and multiple other requests. I've never had a bad drink or sweet from there. I have had a miss on the entree side. One of the "peanut" salads caused me to say "I could do better". Which, anyone who has had my cooking knows, is not true but gives you a glimpse into how much I didn't like it. But it will always be in my rotation because of all the other great things about it.
Only had their shakes. The ones I have tried are very good. I get a black raspberry shake a few times a week. Prices on the menu are kind of high, but it's better than spending gas to go somewhere out of town.

Wow!! Another awesome find!! I've passed this place a few times but never even thought to check it out. Well, that all changed today and I'll definitely be a regular. This place has an awesome variety of vegan and vegetarian options. I had the sweet heat wrap, which was soooo good. The iced hibiscus tea was perfect to wash it down. I purchased a carrot cake cupcake to go, which was also amazing!! The staff was super amazing (so attentive and sweet). I'll definitely be back to try something new. Check'em out if you're in the area.

I'm not a vegan, nor am I vegetarian. I will enjoy meat 100% of my days. However, I was super hungry, trying to find places open on a random Monday afternoon, and this place looked as good as any to stop in to try. There wasn't diet coke, because of course there wasn't, but they did have a nice margarita to keep my thirst quenched.I ordered the French sandwich, as I have rarely been led astray by goat cheese, pepper jelly, and apples. It was a solid and filling meal, and I enjoyed the staff there. The restroom was clean, and I was soon ready to get back on the road. Since we were close to their closing time, their cookies were on sale. I stocked up, because I have a belief in chocolate chip cookies that borders on insanity. This was the one place they failed me. They were so dry and crumbly that I was disappointed on the way home as I was snacking on them, but they can't all be winners!
