I've been here twice and the food is so good!On the first visit, I had tuna steak which was cooked perfectly - full of flavor and tender, but not overwhelmed by spices - and I believe my husband got the wild Alaskan pollock dinner. On the second visit, we started with the spinach balls and spinach and artichoke dip - both were so good! Not greasy or too heavy, but definitely full of amazing flavor. For meals, I had the chicken delicious which was really good (I didn't know if I would like the pineapple, but it added so much flavor without being overwhelming) and I believe my mom got a country-fried steak sandwich.I also love the sweet potato fries and the sauce they come with.Note ⭐ The menu photos are from my first visit, so they are probably not current anymore, as I cannot find a few items that I know we have ordered.

Looks like they're closed indefinitely; this sign was on their door 11/11/23. It's a shame...eaten here twice and loved it!

Good atmosphere, service, and food. I had the chopped chicken salad. Lots of other things on the menu looked good too. I'll be back.

We travel the IN toll road frequently and really dislike the food options at the plazas. This is an excellent alternative. Literally 5 min. off the I-69/Angola exit, even if you flub the ramp/exit and drive by it, like I did. Two of us got the salmon burger and chips, another got the grilled chicken salad. All were pleased. The chips were on the greasy side but the "yam fries" (sweet potato waffle fries) were cooked crispy - my preference - and the dipping sauce was perfect. Only about 5-6 draft beer options, but at least one was a local. Plenty of can/bottle options & fairly full bar. The ambience is semi-rustic log cabin/lodge like, but good lighting during the day. Place was clean, service was very good, and food came out quickly. We were there at Friday noon. Only 5-6 tables/booths occupied. We will dine here again when coming by at meal time. And... to make it even better... there's a non-scary gas station at the exit that's at least 30¢/gal. cheaper than the plaza gas. Win-win.
The service and view of the place was the highlight here. Food was ok, not really a selling point for me. That's just my opinion. Maybe I should have went for something other than the cheese

1st stop in a weekly random road trip--love the name! Tried the Too Tea which was awesome as were the portobello mushroom strips. I REALLY wanted to try the yam fries and the spinach balls if I were hungrier. I had to pace myself for the next stop. Server was friendly. Cool atmosphere maybe put up a bigger sign on roadside and update the bar area.

I’m from out of town and I stumbled upon this place some months back. I had the opportunity of visiting again, had the butter nut squash ravioli and it was delicious. This little quaint place is worth the 2 minute trip off of the highway. Also please ignore all negative reviews that you may come across, they aren’t truthful.
