The customer service sucks, there’s never any smiles or warm welcome when you walk in they just stare at you. I’ve been coming here for the past month food is normally okay but the customer service always sucks !!! I get the same exact order, a regular tip, I ordered from them last week and I got a count of EXACTLY 6 fries !!!! with my meal which looked as though they’d been picked over. Yesterday I ordered from them and my meat was not done!!!! Furthermore, a picture ID was never required to pay for my food and they randomly required it in order for me to pay. In the past month they have never asked for my ID to pay for my food. Not only did they not disclose that I needed my ID prior to ordering over the phone, they were not being understanding of if I did not have my ID, which was extremely inconvenient considering they did not communicate that over the phone!!! All for my food to be pink as hell. Never will I ever come back to this location.

I only ate one rib tip and I knew the food was horrible the meat lacks flavor no smoke they taste as if they were boiled before they were slathered with a very unpleasant tasting bbq sauce I didn't even buy the food but the pieces I had I won't be going there no time soon
Tips nasty taste boil , I could cook better then this here.. Tips horrible ans sauce nasty.. But soul food Sunday off the chain

The food was bad. The barbecue ribs were chewy hard. And it should have been where they could fall off the bone. It's not worth the price and the manager wouldn't replace or rather refuse to replace. Trash trash that was Doordash to me I would never buy any of Big Daddy's barbecue again. Never the worst and then they didn't

I called and spoke to the manager about the meal I received on 02/04/24 Sunday’s Dinner. I ordered the baked chicken it was awful and the sweet potato pie which appeared dark enough to look like a brownie. The manager was trying to address the issue but an employee in the background was making comments “the pie was good we ate it”. I don’t want money or food, I just wanted Big Daddy know that the quality wasn’t there, so he could beware of the quality. I want his business to be successful but he needs to know when the customers have issues and follow up. Get rid of staff that don’t share a positive attitude they will bring your business down. It’s just a job to them.

big daddy's used to be so good. idk what happened but i was disappointed in my meal. spent $30.... the tip and link combo is such a small portion for $15. it comes in a small sample sized container and you don't even get a full link. the tips tasted very very bland... with absolutely no seasoning. the sauce is too sweet . the mac and cheese was too salty, the dressing was OK and the yams were the only good thing which is why i gave 2 stars. i may give them another chance in the future idk but this isn't the big daddy's that i'm used toIn response to owner : I paid $14.99 on your website for the beef tip and link combo. it definetly was not $10.50. The container of food i was given was very very small.
