This was legit the best BK experience I've had in years! I had a cheeseburger and chicken fries and they both came out so good that I ordered a 2nd burger. The staff was VERY nice as well, all smiles and thank yous! The restaurant was clean as all heck. I was there on 3/10/24. Definitely stopping next time I pass by.

So I went to Burger to get my Mom some onion rings, it's my Mom's favorite. I politely asked if he could make sure that the container is filled. This could go many ways! You gone get attitude, sounds, or good service. Damien responded so positively by saying, "Sure, I got you!". Now you know how people feel about their fries and onion rings, and getting shorted, especially with it being the only thing you buy! Lol I got to the window, and wondering was I still going to receive this A1 customer service, and indeed I did. When you find good service, you have to say something, because it's definitely rare! Thanks Damien!

I noticed that not one employee was wearing a hairnet. When you’re working around food, you should be wearing a hairnet, gloves etc. no long nails

This location needs to be closed. The first time I tried it I ordered on the app and waited and gave my name, they didn't answer then said "we ain't got none of that" now I ordered for delivery, giving them another chance as I don't have a car so I paid extra for delivery i was missing 8/10 items, and the impossible whopper was NOT an impossible whopper. My husband has been a vegetarian 17 years, and support was offering 1,400 points ? Enough for 1 whopper with nothing else. I spent $45 . And got barely any of my order and my husband is super sick. No way to contact an actual customer service representative with the phone number and this location doesn't answer the phone or if they do they tell you to message through the app. Go to the location on Ridge and save your time and money. The manger at the ridge location is awesome and so are the employees.
Absolutely ridiculous the quality of food this location sells. Too slow, thrown together, parking lot always dirty, and order is always wrong. Food was horrible, I couldn’t even ven eat

This is no longer a good place to go to. The food is ok, but it doesn't have an appeal that says Burger King!!! The system is messed up for Door dash delivery!

The service was very poor. The staff that took our order was very rude. My food was cold and simple items were not available on the menu, such as Sweet tea, sprite, and ketchup. I should've just went to McDonald's that a had a line wrapped around the corner. No wonder Burger King #4590 was empty.
There aren't any burgers in creation which top the original flame-broiled flavor of the Whopper!
