“The staff is nice and friendly. The food is VERY good!!! I was a student at IUN many years ago and the food in the cafe did not taste as good as it does now. Maybe they have a different management/owner. It is pricey but food costs have gone up and they are paying to rent the facility and pay their employees so it is to be expected. It is a very convenient asset on the campus. I will definitely frequent this establishment.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options for specific menu items.Dietary restrictions: The food is made to order so if you do not want something on your food, they can eliminate it.“
“My girlfriend and I were there on Wednesday February 28 for our 9 month anniversary. She had no idea I had plans to propose to her that night. Destiny was our server and she was very accommodating and pleasant. We ordered two filet mignon steaks with loaded baked potatoes and the steaks were cooked to perfection and the potatoes were mouth wateringly delicious. We had Hennessey BBQ chicken wings and fried green tomatoes as our appetizers and those were also on point. I ordered a glass of Guinness to get my nerve up to pop the question to my lovely girlfriend, now fiancé because she said yes. It was a very special occasion and everybody involved went above and beyond to make that happen, including taking my request to play one of our favorite songs, "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran, right before I told Bri to close her eyes then got down on one knee. Destiny received a generous tip for all she did to make it a great night for us. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend Beach Cafe (Nostalgia) to all those in the area.“
“Food was ok. Staff was great. Didn’t like that you can’t sit at the bar with a gambling screen and eat and drink. We had to stop gambling to move 10 feet to a table to eat and drink and then go back to the bar to drink and gamble. Killed our mood.“

The blind date smoothie is my absolute favorite (which I always get) but I love the seasonal special smoothies during the summer. Liz and her staff are the best!!“
“My favorite cat cafe that I've ever been to! Very nice staff, there are rules and kitty safety that is actually enforced! The coffee is amazing, the snacks are awesome and there are so many kitty tchotchkes for sale! Love this place, and I've returned once more and I hope to take home one of the kitties.“
