Stopped for tacos yesterday and this place has seriously fell off. The meat is no longer seasoned like it use to be. The food was bland and the priced has increased.I'm not sure if this place is under new management or if they have a new cook. But the old flavors that use to make me travel to this hole in the wall is no longer there.I will no longer give my money to this place as there is nothing special left.

Had the pork taco meal. So two people that were behind me received their food before me. When I asked when my order would be ready they said they thought it was online order even though I placed the order in the store. So my order was just sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes. To make up for it they gave me an extra can of pop. Tacos are okay. I would not recommend the beans and rice.

Elio's is a Hidden Gem in Gary, IN. The food is always excellent and hot.The Portions are great. I would definitely recommend Elio's on Gary's west side of town

Amazing steak taco. Would come back for tacos. It's located in a shady area of Gary and in a shady looking truck stop so... Just don't go at night.
Food is good but the customer service is horrible. I asked for three steak tacos with only cilantro and onion and she's some way figured out a way to get me to put sauce on my taco after I expressed to her five times. Even she cut me off to say I heard you about only onions and cilantro and did not even have lime.

Best steak tacos around. Great prices, the only pitfall is the condition of the parking lot. Drive slow because the food is worth tie rod end or two. Lol
