My niece told me to go to Harold's to get some good catfish. SHE WAS RIGHT. I had been looking for a good catfish place for quite a while. I HAVE FOUND IT. AND THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL.

Love everyone there but the older cookHe is very rude and arrogant, and feels entitled! My order was incorrect and i was polite and patient i asked the workers if i could just get fresh fries since i had to wait 25 minutes to get my correct orderThat i still have the receipt forThey told me yes but yetThe cook refused to give me fresh fries like if that's something that takes so long as he was cursing and being very rudeI don't have his name but i will be there tomorrow to find it outAll i asked for was an apology and he refused to give me one and that's fineI hope they find a better and more patient cook because this business is something i love to support but i would give my money if that man or man child is thereI am a friendly and happy person and for someone to get me out of character speaks volumes on them

The lady was friendly. However, she took my cash, went and got my chicken, then touched it with her bare hands. I said something to her and she apologized. Now I have to rinse and air fry those nasty germs away.
