I’m very upset it’s Sunday and me and my family were hungry and vibing we decided to order from here we placed a big order and you could here everybody happy and excited because we love food and it’s family time so we’re placing our big order I told him the name on the order was lau he then made a response as if it’s not a real name and told us he was located in Gary we laughed my mom laughed I stated I know where your located this is not my first time but i am letting my family try you all he then said ok total is 123.00 my sister gets there and they tell her it’s 130 something then it went to 140 something he also told her once she pulled her card out that this order does not accept card must be cash so she had to drive around to get cash and then I called and he said there was a shift change and went over the order it was wrong he fixed it only go find out the food was not ready that big orders like that we must pay but was not informed of none of that and babies are hungry never will we support this business again thanks alot

I have been eating here for about three years, food was always good . for the last month there has been a guy working there with a very nasty attitude not to mention his hygiene is not that of a person you would want to touch your food he is smart mouth, slow has the personality of a slugg and I personally would not go in when he is there the last time he had four ppl walk out because he never greeted them, or even approached the window to take an order!!! yes he has nasty facial hair and wears glasses he is always on his phone and has no respect for ppl spending there money

Wish I could give it a negative star. Called ahead to order and then had to wait because worker can't chew gum and walk at the same time. Jerk turkey burger was HORRIBLE!!!!! Just pre-made patty with jerk sauce on top. Service is beyond poor. Don't waste your time here.

Thanks. I arrived late at night on a Saturday night for take-out. The restaurant only does take out. I appreciate them being there. The 3 entrées took 45 minutes to prepare. I imagine that's because food is made from scratch, and it's not sitting under heat lamps.If you want your food "faster" call ahead for your order. After 9 p.m., the restaurant does not do call-in pickup orders. I gave 5 stars all around. Entrées come with a good portion of food.Be sure to check on your takeout order before you leave the shop.Everything's irie.[My drive from the restaurant was 20 minutes plus another 5 minutes to get settled before I could eat any food. Of course, it was cold by then. I heated it up in the microwave. If you're getting it delivered or have a drive back home, expect that. The reason why I'm stating the obvious here is because I'm not sure if that contributed to the fries and chicken tenders that I ordered being very soggy and oily by the time I got home. It was so oily I could only take one bite and about 5 fries. We liked everything else we ordered. The price was great. I think we should give small businesses the chance to make orders right and even shop them a few times before we give up on their products. Talk to management so they are aware of any issue. Too often, people are overly picky in regards to local businesses, but big national and international chains we don't like service, but we shop there every week without a written or official complaint.]

I’m so pissed about my 32$ .. Very high hopes for this place and I was disappointed for the first time . I got two jerk chicken dinners . Let’s start off with when I called I asked what came with everything he told me “ don’t call if I’m not ready to order did I even look “ obviously I did that’s why I called !! Secondly when the food came out I asked why the Mac looked like that he said it was the cheese lol . I get home to eat everything & chicken was nasty the second dinner the chicken was pink ! That was the nastiest Mac ever no taste just nasty cheese ! My girl said the yams was ok . The green were ok just had to keep water next to me cuz they seasoned them with the same thing they seasoned the chicken with lol. I wanted jerk chicken not jerk greens !! My baby didn’t eat it so Ik I wasn’t trippin !! Also I called him to tell them bout they self no answer but I called off my other phone picked up no problem! lol want be back !

The manger that work yesterday at 7pm was very nice. Good customer service and the food was amazing. Last for two days for me. Definitely worth the 16 dollars.

Terrible customer service. The food is good though, I just hate how ghetto and ratchet it is. You call to ask questions they get mad, or they hang up on you. Also they don’t have a lot of standard Jamaican dishes like brown stew chicken.

The menu price had $5.95 but he charged me $9. The fries were not well cooked and the bread for the sandwich was stale. As he handed me my meal, he said he did not put that much meat on my sandwich. Huh? What?!??Also the restaurant is dirty .... garbage full at the front door, the floor was filthy and it smelled bad. And the guy taking the order wasn't so pleasant. ?? I ordered here a few years ago and the food was DELICIOUS! ? I haven't been here in a while, I guess it's under new management. ?
