Called in 2 hours ago, showed up in 1 hour, food wasn't ready for another hour. Bad customer service, bad cook with an bad customer service. Cold in dining area waiting for hours. Never come here ever!! This whole place is super trash, they need to go out of business quickly!!

Messed up order and then chicken was soggy as hell not good at all then customer service was rude on they cell phone and got order wrong old fries was fried again shrimp was hard as hell never again first n last

Picked up 10 whole wings for dinner. Waited over 30 minutes and had to ask about my food. They tasted like lemon peppered wings but over salted. My boyfriend and I couldn’t eat them that night. The following day, after reheating leftovers in the air fryer, they were way better. Since I was only visiting the area, I wont be returning back anyways.
First time there today. I had the Monday 5 wing special. The chicken is delicious, the fries were awsome and the mild sauce was very good.

If you dont have the entire day to wait on your food dont go! Thought it would be different since they had a different location. Nope, and the girl who answers the phone just hangs up after you place your order. I almost let them keep my money and leave. It’s ridiculous.

i placed a order at 12:00 pm i ordered a burger and a wrap i sat there almost a hour just for a burger and a wrap i asked cud i get a refund they would not give me a refund so they continued to tell us our food was ready but it wasnt not only that when they gave us our food they only gave us a wrap and said we never ordered a burger when that was the first thing we even ordered so id like my money back or my food either or i need one or the other
