I will say there is a difference in service and product when the owners are present. a couple of months ago I was very displeased with the service and product. However, today the owners were present and the product and service was great! Food was cooked, cut, and presented properly. Customer service was fast and pleasant. The owners presence makes a difference!

Food is great BUT customer service sucks. They rarely answer their phone and when they do, you still have to wait a long time once you get there for your order to be ready.

I want this place to do well and thrive. But trying to get waited on, get food, all in a timely fashion ( under 45 - 60 minutes ) is seeming to be impossible right now. This is a new location for phenomenal ribs. My understanding is that their food is exceptional. This location, however, has steam table pans of pre-cooked ribs, etc. in the back ( NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT) -- but the staff ( about 5 people ) are dithering around, no process, way of actually delivering food through a window in an efficient and orderly fashion. A lobby full of customers -- all having ordered -- but no one taking new orders. These folks need to hire a manager who is in charge and a staff that takes direction. No one is in charge, everyone is unhappy, and few people getting food. I don't have time at lunch to kill an hour just getting food. It's unacceptable. You cannot succeed as a business with this model or this staff. Sorry! I want you to win. I want to come here at least once a week. Can't do it currently. Do Better!

Just as the name implies phenomenal ribs! Err...make that rip tips. They were out of ribs when I made the drive over. So rib tips are the next best thing. Comes with fries (seemed to be fresh cut) and bread. All covered in a delicious bbq sauce. Huge portion for just the regular size. Pro tip call ahead and order the wait is a bit long but worth it.

When they first opened the ribs where fall off the bone tender. But I guess they must of got someone new on the grill. For the simple fact that a couple of times I had ribs there were shards of bones in the meat. Almost chocked me to death. So the ribs were cut wrong. They are not as tender as they use to be. Still a good flavor but them ribs seem to be fighting back when you chew. The last ribs I had were tuff to the point that the meat was dry and stringy. The sauce is amazingly good. The chicken is good it taste home cooked. For the first time I tried the turkey tips and man oh man was I disappointed. They were so dry and tuff I could jump rope with them. I found out that you have to get your ribs when they first open. They seem to stay packed a lot. Who ever was cooking the ribs when they first opened they need to hire him back. Those ribs use to be fall off the bone tender. So good that you enjoy eating them with the sauce to the side that way you can actually taste the smoke flavor of the meat. There is potential to turn phenomenal ribs around. But it's just to many cooks in the kitchen. High turn over rate. Seems they just find people off the street to hire or relatives. Do better!!!!

Well named! I had the regular size rib tips. We the server handed me the bag it felt like a brick. They are not shy about giving out the tips. Meaty and tender with a hint of hickory. They have ruined tips from any other place I have been. Usually French fries with rib tips end up soggy and lifeless and just in the way. Their French fries complemented the tips and sauce. Crunchy ends, soft middle with just the right amount of salt. It was served with 2 peices of white bread. I used it to slop up the sweet bbq sauce.
