This food is AMAZING! The owners are so kind. Whenever I'm in town (no matter how many days I'm there), I eat there at LEAST twice.Don't leave without that BBQ sauce. Don't get me wrong, you don't NEED the sauce because it is well seasoned meat; however, you do NEED it. It's the added piece you didn't know you needed.

My mother's repass was held at this establishment on March 11, 2023. I was promised a nice location with staff to provide service for my family and friends in our time of bereavement. What we received was terrible beyond words. The event was scheduled to start at 1:30 but was not ready until 2:30. There was plastic ware not the silverware that was stipulated in the contract. The food was old chicken and dry macaroni. The salad was fair. My family had to serve the food because of no staff. I met with the operators and was offered a $500 credit for my next event(death). So I would not recommend this location even in a pinch.Parking: Had enough parking for family and friends.

Well I know I'm late to the Righteous Ribs partybut hey that's ok,God doesn't make any mistakes. So better late then never Amen . Now with that being said, I'm glad moms and i stopped by 10/01/22 and partake in some delicious barbecue.I tried the Turkey links and Tips for the 1st time and it won't be the last time. I kinda feel you guys are underrated and don't get the exposure that you'll deserve ...So I'm going to do my best to spread the good word.I'm always down for patronizing black owned businesses, especially if I feel they're a good one.Now the only complaint is the reason I couldn't give them five stars , It was the fact that there wasn't enough napkins available. SmhNow how ya gone run a barbecue joint and not have easy access and available things for the customers to wipe their sticky cuz it's covered in barbecue sauce hands off huh?Now peep this, It is just a suggestion to prevent customers from having to track down staff for something as simple as a napkin. Why not try a napkin dispenser at the table? or maybe have a bowl of wet wipes available at the table as well ..ijs "simple" problem solved??♂️??♂️but other than that I will definitely be back ?%

My co-workers and I ordered the rib tips with one side for nine dollars each through Grub Hub. Our ribs were burnt and our mac-cheese was soupy and clearly put in microwave. Not returning.
Came in very dry greeting asked for extra sauce said had to be in the side ribs was fatty had to put in my air fryer flavor was good but too much liquid smoke don’t get me wrong food was good but the attitude was wack and had to cook my ribs a little more

I LOVE the fact that they have more food options being that it is a BBQ place. They didn't have to put pork in everything BUT the food didn't have much flavor. I'm very disappointed because I was expecting delicious flavoring in the food since they have such variety for people who doesn't eat pork or beef like me. I also like the view because you can watch the Baseball Game outside of the Patio. 5⭐ for the options and Patio view but overall the experience was great!

Righteous Ribs is the place for good food, good service and an overall great experience. My Church members and I had a catered dinner there. We ate until our stomachs and hearts were content. There prices were were great. We were there on Thursday which featured live jazz. Also we got to watch the Rail Cats baseball team. Everyone loved it! Meet me there next time, you don't want to miss out.

I love this restaurant!!! We went there last night with a group of church members, friends and family. Everyone in our group raved about the food. The ribs tips were tender and so full of flavor, as was the chicken. The sides were exceptional, too.We've ordered takeout from Righteous Ribs in the past and the food is always delicious. But this was my first time dining in.I will definitely be back. The staff was warm, friendly and made us feel so welcome. It is a lovely space.We went on a Thursday and got to hear some incredible live music. It was the perfect mixture of jazz and R&B. There's also a nice patio where you can sit and watch the Gary SouthShore RailCats when they are playing.

The hospitality was amazing Mrs.Bonita was awesome in helping me decide what to get which was the salmon the mixed veggies & cabbage!!I got a rib tip combo & my children really enjoyed it!! So we will definitely be back!!
