These ribs are the best I've had ever.... the tenderness of the meat and the smoke flavor is unmatched. The sauce was great, but not at all needed. I reside in Washington, DC but purchased 2 slabs while traveling. I was able to freeze a slab and a month later when warmed and served my guest were overwhelming impressed with the ribs and their flavor. No one could believe they were purchased a month prior, froze, thawed, warmed and served. Ive been all over the country and try every BBQ joint I can and hands down you won’t find better! I have to say yes even better than my own. It’s absolute perfection every time and let’s not forget the sides.... Home cooking with every aspect of what you’d expect from a BBQ type menu with the delivery of pure Chef level excellence.
