I didn't have to wait long for my food. I had the lamb chop dinner on Monday night. I would give it 4 stars, but they forgot my lamb chop. I was supposed to have 4 lamb chops and I only got 3 in my meal. I paid like $30 for that meal.

This is my fourth dining experience here so of course I give it 5 stars. Every choice I have had so far has been delicious. The wait time is not long at all. The staff is nice and attentive. The atmosphere is chill. If you don’t make it , you are truly missing out.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: This is a full family restaurant where kids are welcome. They’re going to love the food also!

I stopped by for the Fish Fry Monday night and ordered a Perch dinner with dirty rice and green beans. The food was absolutely amazing! The live music was a great vibe and the service was wonderful just like at Big Daddy’s BBQ.

This place was absolutely horrible the service sucks you had to pay for your food first before they makes it we barely ate any of our food then my wife had a long brown hair in her food that she ate and pulled out of her mouth the owners was very rude and refused to refund my money I definitely would never recommend this place

this place is overrated tips was turkey breast sliced with barbecue sauce. i still tasted seasoning where the meat should have been cooked longer

Not what I was expecting from “award winning BBQ” their was only one sauce option, so I hope you like it. The meat was fatty and not juicy or tender, like you would expect from a smoker. My husband and I left with some pretty painful stomach cramps. (The Mac and cheese was pretty good tho!)

I had a call in order I waited approximately 35 minutes. One of your workers noticed me still sitting there waiting for my food. She asked for my receipt. They look for my food, and it wasn’t prepared. The reason she gave me was that they are understaffed that is not the customer problem!!

I was craving some saucy food today, so I decided to give this place a fair try. It’s a rather local place, so I definitely wanted to swing by. After you walk inside, it seems to be more of a to-go place, rather than a sit-down restaurant. I browsed the large menu they had up top and placed an order. I ordered the Rib Tip/Hot Link Combo (Large), which included Fries for $17.25. I also got 3 Jerk Chicken Tacos for $8.00 and a Large Mac and Cheese for $5.75. The cashier told me 15-20 minutes for my order. I found a chair and began to wait. There were a medley of people waiting around for their food as well. I’d say their operation with that is sloppy. My food ended up taking about half an hour it seemed. I took it home with the anticipation of finding a great new place. Well, the Rib Tip/Hot Link Combo sure was heavy. Heavy doesn’t win the race, though. The Rib Tips were infested with fat on just about all of them. They just weren’t worth the digging. They had a faded, smoky flavor. The few bites I managed to scoundrel were okay, but the labor didn’t add up to the reward. The Hot Link was pretty good. I liked the spice it gave off and it was a really good size. The Fries weren’t too bad. They had barbecue sauce on them all and it added a bit of flavor. They also gave a piece of bread in the Combo. It was decent. The Mac and Cheese was pretty plain. It had better moments with the thicker areas of cheese melted on the Mac. I feel they could have gave more for the price. The Jerk Chicken Tacos were right on the line of average for me. The Chicken aspect was not the most flavorful with a distant breeze of heat. The vegetables were fresh, so that helped out a lot. The service wasn’t too friendly. The cashier seemed to belittle me as I was ordering and nothing was warm about the encounter. Overall, the price, service, and quality don’t reflect well in my opinion. I love trying new places, but unfortunately this one isn’t worth a second visit for me. Maybe someone else will appreciate it more than I did. Date of Visit: 5/26/22

Thought it would be a good meal but we were pretty disappointed. When you get out of the car and you do not smell barbecue then it's probably not going to be very good; means the pit's not cooking fresh. The BBQ chicken was the driest I've ever eaten. Couple of guys got the beans and coleslaw and sounds like they were pretty good. Had the collard greens but no pepper sauce in sight; sounds like folks up this way don't even know what that is. On a positive note, great people, friendly and had that great Southern hospitality.

The food is great! I had the chance to eat there a couple weeks ago and the food was quite tasty. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Food is amazing but it’s a hit and miss at times. Their beef ribs and greens are to die for, when they make the greens right. Their banana pudding is good even tho it doesn’t have any bananas or pudding in it. It’s like a banana flavored whipped cream...

I was excited to try this place after hearing good feedback from a co-worker. My husband and I visited on a Saturday around 2 PM, so not typically a busy time. There were a couple of patrons in the restaurant, but not busy at all. We did not have to wait in line to order. It took OVER 45 MINUTES to get our food which consisted of a pulled pork sandwich, the catfish, and some wings. Our food was cold and soggy. We had to go up to the counter twice to ask for our food until we finally got it at the 45 minute mark. During this time a couple additional patrons had come in. It appeared they were serving patrons in order. The people who came in right before us waiting for 30+ minutes (each had a sandwich). We wasted $40, an hour of our lives, and we will certainly not be back.
