Excellent, employee,Deneshia, in subway, is a very great worker. But buddy in back is not. He was not doing his job. It was mainly the girl doing everything up front and back! She was overwhelmed and dude was in back talking to pilot employees. It's unacceptable seeing someone go through that. I hope everything gets better in the store. And managers need to pick better people to work.

I stood and waited while the two employees were moving around and complained about another customer. She said she would be right with me, I waited and then another person walked up and she took her order right in my face. I just walked out because it wasn’t worth my energy to even complain. I now see why the customer reacted the way she did after my experience.
A special appreciation and thanks to Ms Rosharia , she did a fantastic work in making the sandwich according to our requirements. Very friendly and patiently listened to us .

Subway subs are always good. It's the experience that also matters. Cashier was talking and talking like she had nothing else to do. She should wait to serve everyone in line first; then can talk all she wants once we've left. People are busy or handicapped, etc. Employees should have consideration

Very unprofessional staffThey didn’t bother to get more veggies after bins were empty and refused to provide upon asking and didn’t wash hands and no proper portions
Slow as hell to make the sandwich then watched the guy pretty much douse the thing in mayo at the end bins sharing ingredients meats all nasty lookin id avoid this

I usually don't go to this Subway, but I took a chance. It was cleaner than normal, the young lady was welcoming and acknowledged me right away. She called for assistance, as it got a little busy. An older lady came out to help. They were very low on banana ring peppers, and I asked if she had anymore. She said yes, and proceeded to go to the back for them. When she came back, she slipped and fell. She said she was ok, but she had to go and get more peppers. Even through all of that, and the pain I am sure she was in, she still serviced the customers as best she could. The service was WAY better than I've experienced in the past!?

Tried to charge me over $8 for 2 scoops of Tuna (a side of tuna). When stated that I would call corporate, I was told by the employee that she did not care. Absolutely WORST customer service I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Online it says that they close at 12 AM there employee told me that they were closed at 10:18 almost 2 hours before they were supposed to close they need to fix there time online I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get 4 foot long sandwiches
