The best soul food in Gary. She fed so many ppl by herself. The food is amazing this is definitely a place I am going to for a home cooked loving plate. She ran the whole store by herself on Mother's Day. She deserve tips and flowers. You will not regret eating here. I would give 10 stars if I could. Smothered turkey chops taste like heaven.

Got the BBQ chicken, mac & cheese, and broccoli & cheese from here. Definitely need a fork because that chicken's falling off the bone. Sauce has a good bold flavor too. There's a lot of good places to eat up here but this is one of the best. The lady is very nice and she can cook. Great food and it's a good portion. Definitely be coming back here. THANK YOU! ?

We actually really like this place the food is amazing and we really try to support smaller businesses but this place never answer there phone when we do call to place orders. If ur not open plz just post that so we don't wast are time keeping on calling back to place an order. I'm not sure why there isn't an actual list of the times this place is open or if u are open and just don't answer ur phone. Please change ur open info or even leave messages on ur voice-mail saying ur closed. People on lunch at work don't have time to keep calling 50 times just to see if ur open or not. Cause we do want to support ur business but it's kinds hard.

Since October I have been going to T&T Brickhouse about once a week. It's the high point of my evening. I work late hours so it's hard to find food...this is the #1 soulfood spot in Gary...always good

By far the BEST soul food in Gary. I don't know why I haven't heard or been here before especially being ONLY 5 minutes away. The service was great. I ordered the smother pork chops, mac and cheese, cabbage and dressing and honestly usually I don't like dressing without cranberry sauce but I can tell you it was every bit worth of what was charged. I didn't have cash on me so had to go to the ATM which I'm glad I did. Definitely go check her out because it was SOOOOO GOOD AND FLAVORFUL. She asked me to call to let her know what I thought and I'm telling thru here and publicly. Definitely will be seeing more of ME!

The worst I done had in a while. Red beans and rice was dry and you can tell it was made from a box brand, cabbage had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever, and my chicken wings were so small, it looked like they came from cornish hens! Y'all should be ashamed
