I don’t even like doing this because I believe this is a black owned business and I’m all about supporting. With that being said this is constructive criticism but is seasoning in the room with us? The only thing I tasted on the meat was black pepper. The fries were good the sauce was good but the ribs and chicken blew the hell out of me. The ribs were tender but didn’t taste like anything kinda taste like yall boiled them first. The chicken needed seasoning too.

Grabbed dinner here for the first time and I loved the hot links. The slab of ribs was also good. My wife really liked the baked beans and I liked the Mac and cheese although it could be a little cheesier. The steak fries were a miss, I think the meat used is either low quality or not seasoned enough. Overall Service was good, employees were friendly, and we did enjoy our dinner. I am planning on going back for sure.

As an update, I called Uncle Pigs today to find out about our refund. The owner was apologetic and promised me my refund. As promised, my money was refunded this afternoon.Just placed an order with clover at Uncle Pigs and even though their website says they’re open, they are CLOSED! My husband and I sat there for a half hour to make sure. Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank. Beware don’t place an order with this restaurant. Bad business practices!!!
