Great shakes. My husband gets them a lot. Their fries were too greasy and limp for me. The cheeseburgers aren't too bad, I've only been there once so can't say much. My husband likes the food. I'd go back, but only for the ice cream.

Went to gas city location and ordered 2 hamburgers. Got them hone and hardly any condiments on them. Very little ketchup and mustard. But the worst part the burgers were dry as a dessert. Hard to swallow.

Terrible terrible service. The girl in the drive thru was really rude & aggressive. She rushed us, didn't verify the order & hardly made eye contact. Her manager was yelling in the back that someone was stinky. And aggressively handed us our food and then slammed the window. Feels really toxic here. Our order was right though so that's good I guess

Orderd a 3 pce chicken strip and a 6 pce and got a 4 pce and a 3 pce. Went back to get the rest of are food. And they told us we were lying and after the window was shut we heard screaming and swearing about how they hate liars. Really just kinda ruined my lunch.

My husband was starving, and he doesn't like Taco Bell, so we ended up here. Wasn't crowded, but there were 3 sets of people in front of us, and it seemed to take forever. Guy taking orders at the counter was obviously there only for a paycheck. I don’t like DQ food, but depending upon how they fixed their hotdogs, would determine if I was eating or had watching my husband eat. They just nuke their hotdogs. That's worse than boiling hotdogs! Grosse!

We had an unfortunate experience here on October 15 at 2:00 pm. The young girl upfront seemed to be having a bad day and was taking her poor attitude out on customer's. My mom and sister ordered a medium and small blizzard, and then my boyfriend and I ordered two medium blizzards. My mom noticed the price of my boyfriend and I blizzards was a lot cheaper when than theirs when it should've been more expensive. She asked the cashier why that was and she said it was because we had ordered two small blizzards. We corrected her and said we had ordered two medium blizzards. She then got a pretty nasty attitude and said "we didn't order two mediums because if we did she would've wrote down two smalls obviously" and walked off. Now, I understand misunderstandings happen, and this was not that big of deal, so when she came back we asked how this could be corrected and she said it couldn't we ordered two smalls and so there wasn't anything she could do. We then heard her loudly complaining in the back "she is so tired of customers not ordering what they want" and just rudely complaining about customers in general. Her attitude was just very off-putting, and after she went back in the back someone else came out and corrected our order for us and gave us our blizzards. I understand people have bad days, but for her to treat customers so badly over very minimal issues, I don't want to know how she reacts to larger situations.

Staff is very unfriendly and stand around talking.Waited 15 minutes for my order.When I asked why it was taking so long someone asked me what the order was and proceeded to hand me a bag that had been sitting behind counter than proceeded to again stand in a circle of 4 employees talking and laughing about someone in the drive thru.Very unprofessional!

The quality of the food has increased tremendously. The staff are very friendly and helpful. AJ is always courteous and helpful!!! The staff working today was amazing!!! I love using the APP. The APP offers daily deals and sometimes you get coupons!!
