I will never visit this place again. I am just tired of there always being something wrong. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. This place is a JOKE. When I first moved here, they had a huge pothole that couldn't be avoided right at the entrance. Every time I visited, I thought "this is the time my rim is going to crack I should stop coming here". Before the recent update to the app, you had to click on something for them to start on your food immediately (which they never did I always had to wait between 10-15 minutes even though I would wait at least that long after ordering before going to pick up my food). The only reason I didn't stop buying from this place until now is because I'm always close by and it was convenient. They are always out of something and always short staffed. Yesterday when I made my most recent and very last order they were out of chicken, large cups, and apparently money (not very surprising with how this place is run), They had a sign on the cash register stating that they would only take exact payments or card. If you didn't see the sign the manager happily yelled to inform you from the back of house when she's not busy berating her employees which I've witnessed on multiple occasions. They also only had one person working. If none of that was enough to keep you from making the mistake of visiting this sad excuse for a business and giving them your hard-earned money, they also got my order wrong. I added extra tomato and cheese paid extra for both, but I didn't get either. I added more special sauce, but the burger came so dry that I was done with the medium (I ordered a large) drink before I finished the burger. The owner of this place needs to wake up because they are obviously sleeping since it has gotten this bad. Hardee's you need to rip up your franchise contract with this owner they are making your company look horrible which I know isn't true from visiting many of your other locations. You should at least send a secret shopper so you can see what's going on and get this place where it needs to be.

DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FROM THIS HARDEES!!! There is a current employee that has spit in the food and yet is allowed to keep her job! She was seen doing it, was reported to management, but due to their cameras not working and not seeing it happen she got her job back! DISGUSTING and A PUBLIC HEALTH RISK!!!!!!

Got a Mushroom and Swiss burger, fries and a Coke. The Mushroom and Swiss was ok, it was warm, not hot. The fries were not hot at all and had cold spots in them. The only thing at the right temperature was the Coca-Cola. Doubt I will be going back to this Hardee's.
Alright, I'ma be honest here because I've mained this place for breakfast for a few months now. The food is great, pretty much every time. It's not always right, and it's definately not always fast. But it tastes good for sure. Now I've noticed that this particular location is INCREDIBLY understaffed, and this results in slower serve times. At first, this bothered me. But now I'm familiar with a few of the employees, and I can tell you whole heartedly, they're trying their damnest despite being understaffed. They're friendly with me everytime.I need to also point out that they're not always open at 6am like it advertises online. I imagine this is a staffing issue as well. Just head over to BK across the street if this happens. ?

Absolutely will never be back here again. The people were fighting and nodding out while making our order and it took 30 mins to get it. Our food was incorrect but we were tired of waiting. When we finally did get the food we were told sorry it's just a lot going on in here. Oh you got that right!Alot of drugs! I'll never in my life be back here
