Website clearly states delivery available til 10:30 pm, at 7 pm I called and received the closed msg. This happens many many X’s!!If your hours have changed, maybe let your customers know prior by posting it on your website! This is very frustrating & Rude.

The food is amazing ? I got a stromboli and it was soo good. Lots of flavor with a perfectly toasted bun and onion rings. Yes ma'am the onion rings are made in house. I mean these onion rings don't need ketchup! But wait there is more! (Info mercial I know) the fresh made kettle chips are fried to golden perfection (chef's kiss)

We ordered 2 chicken baskets and a cheese burger..chicken was very salty and my hamburger was totally burnt..my husband went to get the food before he had to go to work..I don't drive bc I'm disabled..I call Kay's pizza to tell them my hamburger was so burnt I had to throw it away and explain I DNT drive..they call the owner while I'm on hold. Owner says I will have to get it out of the trash and bring it back...again already told them I DNT drive..so I'm supposed to dig in my trash and get the burnt food out and walk it uptown after already paying for it?..will never order food from this place again
