This place is beyond horrible. Ordered delivery at 4:38pm. Said it would be there by late 5p to early 6p. Food never came. Called the store to be told they didn't have a delivery driver and outsourced to door dash. Which calling them took a whole 20 minutes then I was put on hold. Called door dash to be told they don't have anything for my order to call the store again. Another 20 minutes of trying to contact the store just to be told they don't have my order. Gave me the number to another place to call just to be told they will refund me. Every time I order from this store it's always a disappointment. The food rarely comes and when it does its cold and old. Anytime ive used points they don't get refunded so I just lose them. I would avoid this place and go for something else. If you do order expect mediocre food that's cold, and a wait time of 3 hours.

Ordered pasta and it was burnt. Ordered 2 med pizza and 1 was burnt. Only got.1 order of bread sticks. Should have gotten 2. They would not answer phone in the store. There'sa reason why I have not Ordered there for a few years. It will be a few years before it happens again. Neon Moon is way better and they answer their phone.

I have gotten pizza from here a few times and it had been adequate until my most recent visit. The pizza was very overcooked to the point that it was almost paper thin in places. It was by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Extremely dry despite requesting extra pizza sauce and just very hard to chew because it was so tough. This particular visit I asked them to cut the pizza into squares which was the first time I have ever done that. Maybe it was deliberately overcooked due to the request? I don't know, but I will be avoiding this location in the future.

They forgot part of my delivery and refused to bring me the items they called to tell me they forgot. They also refused to refund the delivery fee for making me pick up my own food after paying for delivery.

Large pizza had 6" of toppings in the middle crust was not done. Ordered extra cheese. Hardly any cheese. It's sad to see a great pizza joint go down like this.....I won't be going back.

It's always something from this hut now they don't even answer when calling them to get meal replaced or they just hang up very sad I used to love pizza hut but this last experience me and my family and friends will know and won't come back as well. Unfortunately
