I would not recommend this restaurant ro nobody 15 minutes to get my food. I look up and everybody. Everybody is around the corner and nobody's Is cooking my times more valuable than that? I won't stand for and I will not accept it again.They will never. See my business in my friendship. I can help it again.

It seems like a lie but it is the truth, a restaurant that generates so much food sales daily. Food and your bathroom are in these conditions. Apparently it hasn't been two or three days since they've gone without washing it.

Burrito Supreme was just lettuce and beans. No meat or sour cream or anything else, I didn't even finish it after spending $10+ for the meal. Had to repeat my order twice in the drive thru. Also, no one needs a drink that large. Please offer a smaller size.

Oh my lord. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. First a very manly sounding person comes on the speaker, we try to order and no one answers. I very politely said, "Hello?" Nothing... Sir? to which the same manly, now rude and agitated voice came over the phone and shouted " uhm I am not a sir! Sorry, I can't see you voice in the speaker so sorry I was trying to be polite. Then she was so nasty the rest of the order,I asked for 2 Cinnabon delight coffeesShe snarked WHAT KIND of coffee?I repeated myself 2 Cinnabon delight iced coffeesShe once again with a nasty attitude and a raided voice again WE ONLY have 2 types of coffee regular and Cinnabon iced coffee .THATS WHAT KM ORDERING. So she leaves the speaker and 2 minutes later another lady takes over.. so you want the Cinnabon snacks? The 2 pk?At this point I feel like I'm speaking a different language. They finally get the coffee figured out, we order our food and she asks what sauces do you want. I said just give a mix of all of them.She says which flavor of sauces? I said I mix of them, we just ordered 24 tacos and burritosShe replies Why don't I just give you a variety? THATS LITERALLY WHAT I AM ASKING FOR!!then we get the order and 2 tacos are missing. What a nightmare!
Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Dirty floors, tables, and bathrooms. We ordered on the kiosk and they still missed items. Of course you can flag down a team member to let them know. If you really want TB, keep driving to find a different one.
Workers have their kids running around lobby, the wait was unreasonable, and the place is downright dirty. Would not recommend.

Like most others, I waited a long time to get my food that I ordered off the kiosk in the store. My nacho bell grande was fantastic, but I got the gut flu for two days from it. I also ordered a beefy burrito, but it was a wad of tortillas with zero nacho cheese, and I'm not sure what else was in there. I threw it out without eating it, which is probably a good thing considering what havoc the nachos wrought on my guts. The first lady apologized for my wait and was really nice. The second lady was at the end of her rope and apologized if I'd heard her venting her frustrations, which I did not. Seems like this store is maybe under-staffed and needs some help getting things in order and running more smoothly.
No sauce again a when I asked and paid for extra. The meal was cold

Bus parking/ semi's can park in an overflow lot as well due to the lot size.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking with access point
