I've been going to Polly's Freeze since I was a youngster. It was great then, and it still holds up today! It's on the side of the road with plenty of space to spread out when you eat. You order at the counter and wait for them to call your number. You can get hot food and of course cold desserts. My family has always loved the rotating sherbet (this is actually the place where I learned the word is sherbet, not sherbert). I’m a third time visitor from Michigan. We tried food today. Not fast food but it was priced ok and tasted good.We ordered ice cream next. Much faster service on this. My favorite is the black raspberry sundae.
