Applebees as a whole is a great place with great food and decent prices. The one in goshen has had some problems for quite a few years now.It was Valentine’s Day and it still was not busy. About 4-5 servers with maybe 20% of the tables filled.The hostess looked young and ready to be done with shift and we could feel that in her mood. We were asked to wait a few minutes as another pair came in and they were seated first but that’s fine.It took 20 mins to get a soda another...read full review

Lunch time during the middle of the week.There was only one waitress to cover. No wonder there was very little follow up on drinks, but she deserved and got a very good tip.. she worked her butt off.

I have to say, lunch was really good today. They've gotten some fairly critical reviews, but we didn't note anything negative. Had the pretzel appetizer and crispy chicken salads. Then the Cinnabon desert. Which was stellar. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.
