I had given up on Chipotle due to their "shrinkflation". This location does not skimp on ingredients and their staff is super friendly. They have restored Mt love of Chipotle.

My husband and I ordered via the app and used the drive-thru to pick up our food. When we got up to the window, the young woman asked me if my name was something else. When I told her that wasn't my name and I gave her my name, she quickly grabbed my bag, pushed it in my face, closed the window, and abruptly turned away without a word. She left so quickly that she didn't even hear my surprised "Thank you."Her lack of greeting and rudeness left me a bit taken aback. It also made me not want to come back again.

It was okay I got a bowl with steak with a bit of everything on it and some chips and queso cheese why the bowl itself was well made I really was disappointed with the chips and cheese almost didn't taste like queso at all had a soupy consistency. Workers seemed decent and did their jobs so overall decent for something quick low rating due to the fact that I thought it would taste like it looked so just meh .

This restaurant has the biggest group of unfriendly workers I have ever experienced. They almost act put out that customers walk in the door. It is so obvious they do not want to work. Either management is unaware, or worse yet, management is of the same mindset. The sad thing is this is where we are in society. A generation that does not want to work and so employers are stuck with mediocre employees. This is where we are headed. ? When will we set higher standards??

I just got back from the hospital from getting food poisoning. This was the only thing I ate. I should have guessed. This kitchen was FILTHY. I had to have my stomach pumped. I then had to drink charcoal. IV fluids, and a 500 dollar copay. Thanks Chipotle!!

Very dissatisfied with my service today. Rice was not cooked, crunchy and turned to powder in my mouth. Lady had to call her manager to issue a refund and sounded like she didn’t believe me. Also the carbonation was almost out. Beans were slightly undercooked also. Won’t be back. Sad. Cause I like chipotle.
