It is hit or miss here as to if stuff is made right. They had to remake a blizzard as it had an ingredient missing. Sometimes we get home from picking it up and have the wrong item

Went here Sunday with my kids , their dad .we decided to go get blizzards and shakes the lady that took our order was very kind, patient i wish I knew her name . Orders were out on time . Everything tasted great place was clean my kids enjoyed having their ice cream so recommend ?

Ordered 2 blizzard, 2 large fries, and a chili cheese dog. We realized they only charged us for 1 blizzard and 1 large fry. So we had to wait on that part of the order. No apologies just matter of factually I didn't hear it right. The second order of fries that was supposed to be a large was a half full small fry. The quality of service at DQ is really suffering. Tell the kids to remove their ear buds, quit looking at their phones and things get better. We will hold the line up for now to check our order and request it be delivered at one time and hot.

That was a really sweet experience. I told them that my daughter needed a little more time deciding because she was going to spend her birthday gift card from a friend. She decided on a banana split and I don't think a more beautiful banana split has ever been made. Thank you, you made her day.

This Dairy Queen has falling way down hill with all other fast food restaurants. Their ice cream is like slop blizzards are always like milk with some hard chunks they flipped my husband's blizzard yesterday and a lot of it fell out and she said oops sorry and gave him the blizzard pulled outta drive threw them where both like drinking a glass of milk with chunks from puppy chow. I went there to get all of us ice cream cones and they where just melting everywhere. If your ice cream machine isn't working don't serve or sell ice cream.
