This place has gone downhill recently. I come in and consistently get iced coffee that tastes old or like it wasn’t stirred after it was done brewing. I thought it was a fluke the first couple of times, but after I asked to get it remade today, it tasted the exact same. I am disappointed as i like Dunkin’s iced coffee but i now have to go to pike street for it to be made right. A tip for the staff there: put the ice in the shuttle before you brew the coffee, stir the coffee after it is done dripping, and then serve it to your customers :)

Ask for a hot macchiato they give me cold macchiato in a cup for hot drinks ask for donuts girl drop one in the floor and put it in my box and promise me she didn’t this location is racist and lazy

Other than them almost losing my order and sending me to me another location thinking my order wasn’t there and was at a another location the service was very good. I was able to show them my Mobile app order information and they quickly figured out the mistake and had my order together. Everyone was very polite. They made sure my order was perfect and apologized for the mess up. Only reason I gave four stars was because of that issue.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Absolutely my kids were so excited to get the limited time valentine heart shaped donuts. So cute they loved them.

I went to this dunkin for lunch, 10 am on a saturday. I went through the drive thru so I expected the line and the wait on my order however I was greatly disappointed with the presentation. The bag with my food had avocado spread all over it and I didn’t get any napkins either. My croissant stuffer was burnt… on top of that my avocado toast topped with bacon did not have the right bacon, it was just some burnt strips that were not cut up at all.

Well, Nancy (the manager) she is the one you see wearing a white sweater and always texting on her cell phone, need to remember not to argue with the paying customers. I was waiting on my coffee this morning and watched two employes checking out the cups design... ok, very respectful of my time.. regardless, literally putting their fingers on the inside of MY CUP. I thought people in food service were supposed to wear gloves? There are so many coffee shops right in our area our there, they need to be careful how they operate this location... just opened, just not a real good way to start. Other locations to visit... coffee cabin, starbucks... get your fingers out of my cup, wear gloves and Nancy.... set a better example; DONT be on the phone and DONT argue with a paying customer! And if someone could patch the major pot holes in the drive way ... a bonus!!

Coffee is absolutely disgusting. Today, I went through the drive thru, and I ordered a peppermint mocha. Service was good. But when I finally got the coffee, there was a hair stuck on the lid! The lid was dirty and gross.. and the peppermint mocha didn't have a trace of mocha or peppermint... The coffee was bitter and was worse than gas station coffee... very disappointed! I won't be going back for coffee any time soon..

Ordered breakfast at Drivethru. Croissant was cold, almost frozen in the middle, the donut was heavy, old, stale, gross. Charged $1 for a cup of ice. "Mandatory" charge..... I've never had that before at Dunkin.
What can I say? I visited here after a night's stay in Goshen. The wonderful lady behind the counter looked scared to death, and the youngsters back in the food area seemed like they were part of the problem. Not sure what happened here prior to me walking in, but it seemed odd. Anyways, let me tell you something. The bacon egg and cheese bagel was disgusting. That thing was so hard I thought it could have passed for plastic. I didn't throw it out the window because I was worried it would kill a sea turtle. The donuts were just okay and the coffee was luke warm at best. Don't think I'll ever be back to another Dunkin in my life if they're all like this one. Really feel sorry for the lady at the register.
